Special Containment Procedures:Due to this dimension's instance of SCP-4982 being immovable, a research site has been built inside of the building containing SCP-4982. At least one Sr. researcher must be quartered in the house to deter any civilians from the site. The Sr. researcher that is assigned to SCP-4982 may request an Jr. researcher for assistance in the research of SCP-4982. The assisting researcher may not have any relation to the Sr. researcher to avoid any inappropriate behavior between them. At most, twenty (20) researchers are permitted to be on-site.
Description:SCP-4982 is a ventilation system contained in a house in ██████ Montana, USA. The vent cover that was placed over SCP-4982 is non-anomalous and measures sixteen-by-six centimeters (16x6cm). When the vent cover is removed, the vent becomes an infinite hallway, along the sides of this hallway are openings every two meters (2m). These openings lead to other dimensions' households and buildings, no recorded instance of SCP-4982 has led to a hole with no surrounding dwelling. Many buildings found containing an instance of SCP-4982 are destroyed or otherwise inhospitable.

Description Of Wildlife:Amorphous entities capable of extending pseudopods for locomotion or tool-use. Colors are commonly navy blue, black or canary yellow, though color does not appear indicative of any other differences. Entities are only hostile when provoked or when liquid precipitation falls.
Description Of Weather:Crystalline organisms fall from black gaseous formations, a liquid variation can also fall from these formations, though it appears to happen less often.

Description Of Wildlife:Humanoid creatures with elongated limbs and more pronounced visual sensory organs. Auditory sensory organs appear bilaterally as do the mandibles. Upper limbs end in twenty jointless appendages that are tipped with sharpened metallic ponts. Lower limbs end in blunted hemispheres. No other wildlife was observed during exploration.
