Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5001 is to be kept in a 7² x 5² cell at Site-█. Only D-Class personnel should enter SCP-5001's cell, reason only to be terminated. If any other personnel should enter SCP-5001's cell, they shall be deemed KIA.

If SCP-5001 were to escape, place 1 D-Class personnel, intended as bait, into SCP-5001's cell. Injure the D-Class in some way, usually at the [REDACTED]. If this method were not to work, deploy MTF Sigma-23¹ to sedate SCP-5001 with a strong sedative, usually horse tranquilizer.

SCP-5001 requires 1 D-Class personnel daily. Usually when a subject enters it's cell, SCP-5001 will [REDACTED] the subject, turning them into puppets. Rarely it will "play" with it's subjects, usually by injuring them in some way (ex. dismembering a limb). If SCP-5001 were to not be given a D-Class subject, it will [DATA EXPUNGED], and die.

SCP-5001 usually does not attack SCPs, but when faced with extreme starvation, it will do so, with one exeption. SCP-5001 will not attack SCP-5002 ("Lilly") under any circumstances.

SCP-5001 has been observed using dolls as a manner of self-defense (See Addendum SCP-5001-C).

Description: SCP-5001 looks to be an adolescent male, around the age of 18, and has no anomalous features towards it's appearance, other than it's eyes. It's eyes are luminescent, gleaming a deep crimson.

SCP-5001 seems to refer to itself as 'Terry". It is unknown whether this is it's birth name, or it is a self given name.

Origin of SCP-5001 is still unknown, but we² believe it to be █████, England.

+ Addendum SCP-5001-A

On ██/██/19, Doctor █████ attempted to interrogate SCP-5001. When Dr. █████ entered SCP-5001's cell, he was [REDACTED] immediately. No personnel should attempt an interview with SCP-5001 from this point on.

+ Addendum SCP-5001-B

On █/█/█, SCP-5001 breached containment and came in contact with an unknown creature. SCP-5001 defeated the creature and received a small glowing heart, this was designated as SCP-5001-1, and was given an Object Class of Thaumiel. Requesting that SCP-5001's Object Class reclassified to Safe. As of
█/█/20, requesting that SCP-5001's Object Class be returned to Keter. See Addendum SCP-5001-C.

+ Addendum SCP-5001-C

On █/█/█, SCP-5001 breached containment with SCP-5002 ("Lilly"). Both SCP-5001 and SCP-5002 roamed the city of ████ in ████ before MTF Sigma-23 could contain them again. A total of 1 personnel were killed in the incident.
