Special Containment Procedures: Scp-5081 itself is to be kept stationed in Site-██along with MTF-Beta-99 but at the moment is still moving moving between multiple facilities being able to cover twice the distance in combat. Currently SCP-5081 does not require many containment procedures and is allowed to freely roam the hangers. SCP-5081 has been proven loyal to the foundation and shall be treat with respect and should be given whatever it requests apart from all of the foundation banned items such as: Mobile phones, Internet, etc. Although SCP-5081 will usually request painting supplies, re-fueling and re-arming of its aircraft or a meeting/interview with a member of foundation personnel.
Scp-5081-1 is to be kept in a hanger equipped with whatever 'SkyKeeper' requests it to be outfitted without question. Scp-5081-1 shall be cleaned, checked and fueled weekly without fail.
If a attack occours on Site-██, Scp-5081-1 is to be immediately fueled and armed so that Scp-5081 can sortie as soon as possible. Scp-5081 should only be sent to fight in aerial combat if the facility manager approves the decision.
Description: Scp-5081 is a caucasian, male of [Data Expunged] origin, who served as a pilot in the MTF. 'SkyKeeper' was given an SCP status after his first aerial mission for the foundation in which when he landed had his 'emblem' painted on the tail of the aircraft he was flying, the Mirage 200-5 he was flying has also gained an SCP status and is referred to Scp-5081-1.
Scp-5081 also has the ability to foresee the future, but only on future attacks on the facility he is held in. When Scp-5081 'forsees' the attack, he reports (usually) to his commanding officer, giving all detail about the attack. Scp-5080 has even correctly seen what forces are used and in what quantity. The way 'SkyKeeper' does this is currently unknown and despite beliefs has NO relationship to any GOIs.
It also has found out the Scp-5081 has fantastic artistic abilities and when asked about it he said that he's 'always' been able to do it. Recently a member of MTF-Beta-99 had asked 'SkyKeeper' to paint his jet which it had happily accepted and was noted by MTF member that he was very excited to do so. The finished project of Scp-5081 was exceptional. After the incident Scp-5081 has had more requests to paint other members of the MTF's jets. Although questioned if this activity shall carry on, the 05 command confirmed that Scp-5081 is authorised to carry on painting more aircraft after seeing an overall morale increase in the squadron.
Scp-5080-1 is a Mirage 200-5 fighter jet used by scp-5081. Scp-5081-1 has exceptional locking on capacity for its missiles, being able to maintain a lock on its target for a much longer time than a regular air to air missile. Scp-5080-1 also seems to have an ESM effect even though there is no ESM aircraft in the vicinity. At the moment, it seems the EMS system is only active when Scp-5080 is in Scp-5080-1 (The ESM is only active while Scp-5081 is in Scp-5081- 1).Scp-5081-1's weaponry seems to regenerate itself in air (Such as missiles, bombs and cannon/machine gun ammunition.). Scp-5081-1 is also to be coloured smoke which can be turned on and off, so that when he moves between facilities, it can be easily covered up by MTF-Beta-99.
It has been noted that since having Scp-5081 used in combat overall victory rates have increased by 25% and mortality rates during combat has decreased by 10%. It has been found that morale rates has increased since having Scp-5081 in combat, successfully increasing concentration and effectiveness in aerial combat.
