Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5127 is to be contained in a 6 m x 6 m x 6 m locked steel cube, at all times. Any other personnel entering the containment chamber of SCP-5127 without authorization of O5-█ and Dr. █████ are to be terminated immediately. The only exceptions for entering the chamber is for D-Class personnel for testing and cleaning the chamber. It has luminescent red glowing eyes, causing emotional distresses in all living creatures, including ██████.
Description:
SCP-5127 is a mermaid-like creature, measuring 1.76 meters in height. The subject has the anatomy of a mermaid. Arms are out of proportion, approximately two (2) to █████ (█) times shorter than an average human being. The subject is usually calm, unless entered it's containment chamber.
SCP-5127 does not need water, air, and food.
When entered SCP-5127's chamber, the subject, now referred to as SCP-5127-1 will have an urge to look at SCP-5127's eyes. How this occurs is currently unknown, and an investigation in charge of Dr. ██████. SCP-5127-1 will resist for a short time. This phrase is named SCP-5127-1-A.
When SCP-5127-1 looks in SCP-5127's eyes, it will begin violently shaking its head in various directions. This process is named SCP-5127-B. After SCP-5127-1 stopped the process of
SCP-5127-1-B, it will enter another process named SCP-5127-1-C. In this process, SCP-5127-1 starts rapidly losing pigmentation in eyes, losing sight and █████. SCP-5127 approaches the victim, unusually and violently hugging the victim. SCP-5127-1 after a long period of time dies of suffocation, while physically paralyzed. SCP-5127-1 is aware of the situation but is unable to act. How this occurs is under investigation of Dr.█████
SCP-5127 must not be approached within 2 meters of its range. Personnel who approach it within 2 meters are to be terminated. When approached within 2 meters of the subject, the subject moves at very high speed, estimated to be ██ km/h, killing everyone in the chamber. SCP-5127 does this without doing the previous event with SCP-5127.
Addendum: 5127.1 Discovery:
SCP-5127 was discovered in ██/██/████, while an exercise of the MTF team named ████-█ went in the Pacific ocean. ████-█ discovered SCP-5127 hugging a scuba diver now known as SCP-5127-1.
████-█ was ordered to not open fire, and the commander of ████-█ asked to contain it.
SCP-5127 terminated the entire MTF team when the commander approached 2 meters within SCP-5127. When SCP-5127 was contained, D-5673 got in the chamber room for an interview with SCP-5127. D-5673 looked SCP-5127 in the eyes. D-5673 (now referred with SCP-5127-1), died instantly because of heart failure he experienced with SCP-5127.
This incident was known as SCP-5127-IN.

Dr.████ reached to phase SCP-5127-B, which resulted in his termination. This incident is named SCP-5127-IN-2

Addendum: 5127.3 Termination:
SCP-5127 was terminated by hydrofluoric acid in its containment chamber. The chamber was later rebuilt after termination was over. There are no other instances of SCP-5127.
