Description: One Jolt Cola can circa 1986. Can is approximately 96mm in height and 66.3mm wide. The top of the can is serrated and jagged where it was cut with a semi-sharp object (possibly a knife). Inside the can is a metallic, swirling, gaseous substance. The swirl is constantly spinning in a clockwise direction and the inner core is spinning in a counterclockwise direction. The color of the swirl varies from purple to dark cerulean blue to green. The anomaly can best be described as looking like a swirling universe in a can (possibly a wormhole). Further research will be done when more information develops.

See Addendum 1 for further warnings about SCP-7184.

All information and statements from here on within are directly taken from official police documents and witness statements. All SCP containment protocols have been executed regarding SCP-7184:
On the morning of July 5t 1986 a Mr. Johnathan Biffle, age 16, was fishing in a lake somewhere near Lumberton, Mississippi. Johnathan was not having much luck fishing, so he decided to take a break and listen to some music on his Walkman portable cassette player. As he was changing his Survivor cassette, it slipped from his fingers and almost fell into the lake. When Johnathan bent down to pick up his cassette, he noticed something swirly and purple in the water. It is not clear how the Jolt cola can came into Johnathan’s possession. It was not mentioned in his statement to the local police whether he bought the cola from a store or found it near the area he was fishing.
Jonathan explained in his statement that he bent down and just scooped up SCP-7184 from the lake. Jonathan then proceeded to take SCP-7184 to his parents' residence which he resides at 2000 Mulberry Ln. Purvis Ms. 39475. Jonathan told Sergeant Clayton Mills that he took the can home and tried to stir the strange ”liquid swirly stuff” with a pencil and it dissolved half of the pencil. Perplexed at the contents of the can, Johnathan tried more experiments. Johnathan placed more pencils in the can and each time he removed the pencil something different happened to the pencil. The list of pencil anomalies when Johnathan pulled out the pencil from the can are as follows per Johnathan’s statement to Sergeant Clayton:

Pencil #1 - Broken or dissolved
Pencil #2 - Some unidentified green slime substance
Pencil #3 - Painted Purple
Pencil #4 - Pulled through (Evidence not available)
Pencil #5 - Was pulled out on fire
Johnathan then proceeded to drop random objects from around the house into the can. (All aforementioned objects do not exist). These are the objects that Johnathan placed into the can as per Sergeant Clayton’s report:
Countless miscellaneous nuts and bolts from the garden shed
One galvanized pipe (approximately 16” in length)
One 10” candle
6 shell soaps from the bathroom
4 Hot Wheels cars
One average size banana
The following information was gathered from Sergeant Clayton’s notes on witness statements as to what happened the following day at Purvis High School. All notes, folders and recordings including medical records from the hospital have been confiscated and contained following SCP protocols.
On the morning of July 8th, 1986, Johnathan Bittle decided to bring his Jolt Cola can containing SCP-7184 to school for a science project that was overdue. He introduced himself and proceeded to present the Jolt Cola can to his class as his science project – The Bottomless Magic Can. According to students in the classroom at the time, the class seemed very uninterested in Johnathan’s presentation. Johnathan proceeded to drop random objects that he brought from home into the can, one by one the objects vanished into the can. Mr. Rigney, the school's science teacher, had his head down grading papers while Johnathan proceeded with his science project (according to witness statements). Johnathan then asked the class for random objects that they wouldn’t mind parting with, and had fellow students drop random objects into the can. Johnathan finally had the attention of the entire class. Mr. Rigney took notice of Jonathan’s project around the time when the second to last student put something in the can.
For Jonathan’s final demonstration, Johnathan would drop Mr. Rigney’s yardstick into the can. Johnathan asked if everyone was ready and then turned the can upside down and pushed Mr. Rigney’s yardstick into the can until it was gone.
The students in the classroom all started clapping and cheering for Johnathan.
Another student by the name of Bill Nettingworth was very annoyed with the attention Johnathan was getting, got out of his seat, and rushed up to where Johnathan was standing. According to Milly Dorsey, Bill Nettinworth was a bit of a bully and was constantly harassing Johnathan.
Bill Nettingworth grabbed the can out of Johnathan's hand and yelled “This is bull! It’s just a stupid magic trick”! Bill Nettingworth then proceeded to place two fingers into the can and held it above his head. “See! Just a stupid kids tri…” before Bill could finish his sentence he screamed in pain. Mr. Rigney rushed to Bill’s aid. Both Mr. Rigney and Bill tried to remove Bill’s fingers from the can. Multiple students described the scene as chaotic and painful. Bill’s screams could be heard throughout the hallways of the school. When Mr. Rigney finally removed Bill’s fingers, or what was left of them, everyone in the room witnessed a horrible sight. Stacey Dorcy said, “It looked like he stuck his fingers in a blender”.

All medical records of the incident have been confiscated and replaced with more viable explanations as to what happened to Bill’s fingers
All student testimonies and recordings have been confiscated
All official police documents have been altered and/or confiscated
All explanations of Johnathan’s “magic trick” will include a failed and or recalled toy or magic trick from the Russian Toy Company Kuznekov Toy Company.
