Special Containment Procedure: All SCP-XXXX instances are to be kept in a single box in Low Valuable Item Storage at Site-19. All testing must be approved by Site Director and must be appointed over seven days before.
Any testing involving chronobilocation1 is prohibited. Any testing involving backward chronodislocation2 is prohibited.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a designation for 7 8 pairs of black socks of unknown manufacturer designated SCP-XXXX-1 to -7. SCP-XXXX-4 is separated to SCP-XXXX-4-1 and SCP-XXXX-4-2 (see Test XXXX-05). SCP-XXXX-3 has an additional left instance assigned as SCP-XXXX-3-1 due to Test XXXX-06. Each pair has a name of a week's day sewn on anckles on both sides of each sock, blue for odd days and red for even days.
SCP-XXXX presents no anomalous properties unless a human wears a pair of SCP-XXXX instances with different week's day name than the day the instances are put on. Testing proves that a pair consisting of halves of two different instances produces the effect as well. The wearer (designated as SCP-XXXX-A) vanishes from the spot. A high frame rate (████ fps) camera observed the disapearance at the exact moment SCP-XXXX-A any object, not neccesserly being part of the SCP-XXXX-A, ceases physical contact with the last put on SCP-XXXX instance with part of the body used to put on.
The order of putting on SCP-XXXX instances does matter. If the left instance is put on first, SCP-XXXX-A will be transported backward in time to the place where -A has been present on the instance's corresponding day at 00:00, replacing its past self both physicaly and psychologicaly. What happens to the replaced self is unknown. If the right instance is put on first, SCP-XXXX-A will be transported forward in time to the random place where -A has been present at one point in it's past. In this case SCP-XXXX-A does not replace its future self.

| Notes | After comparing the results with pervious test it seems that SCP-XXXX sends SCP-XXXX-A forward or backward in time to the nearest corresponding day. The order of putting on the instance determines the temporal direction. Apparently when sending subject forward in time the place is chosen at random from places from SCP-XXXX-A past. These assumptions requires extensive testing. |

D-3325 proceeded to escape and was detained at 11:23 in his parents' house. Class C Amnestic was distributed in aerosol form over the city to cover up the breach. D-3325 termination postponed until interrogation. Foundation is now in possesion of two instances of SCP-XXXX-4, now designated SCP-XXXX-4-1 and -2. |

Since test XXXX-11, all testing that would result in backward temporal dislocation is to be aborted and all requests to conduct said testing denied due to Ethics Committee's revision of the transcript.
Foundation doesn't have any record of these tests beside this document and never employed Dr. ████. Invastigation by Temporal Changes Verification Unit is inconclusive in establishing whether this is deflaut state or not.
