Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within the Anomalous Vehicle Bay located at Site-76.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 2003 Cadillac Escalade limousine, missing its license plate and front bumper but in operable condition. A white vinyl decal containing the phrase "Masser Limousine Services: For People Going Places!", along with a phone number whose area code corresponds to ████ County, New Jersey, covers its rear window. The vehicle is otherwise unmarked.

As long as a driver is actively operating SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties will begin to manifest approximately five minutes after initial engine ignition. The driver, hereafter designated as an instance of SCP-XXXX-A, will gradually become aware of information regarding one or more individuals who have formerly or currently resided in SCP-XXXX's passenger compartment while the vehicle was in operation. Any information regarding former or current passengers of SCP-XXXX can potentially be accessed by SCP-XXXX-A, as long as a visual record (written, pictographic, etc.) of said information exists. The format of the record (whether tangible or digital) and the record's degree of public accessibility are irrelevant in determining whether the information it contains can be accessed by SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX-A will perceive all statements regarding passengers of SCP-XXXX as fact, regardless of whether said statements are objectively true.

Following the manifestation of SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects, SCP-XXXX-A will begin to demonstrate marked feelings of hostility towards any passenger(s) of SCP-XXXX whom it has gained knowledge of. Upon repeat and/or prolonged exposure to SCP-XXXX, this hostility drastically increases in intensity, often escalating to physical violence against one or more passengers. Separation from SCP-XXXX does not diminish changes to SCP-XXXX-A's mental state.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was initially discovered in ██████, Florida in November 2017 following the arrest and subsequent conviction of Edward "Eddie" Masser, its previous owner and an instance of SCP-XXXX-A, on charges of one count of first-degree murder, three counts of aggravated battery, and one count of breaking and entering. Masser pled guilty to all charges. Following Masser's arrest, a notebook (whose contents are detailed in Addendum-XXXX-01) was found in SCP-XXXX's glove compartment and was found to contain sensitive information regarding twelve former passengers of SCP-XXXX; information regarding nine of these individuals has thus far been proven true. The notebook also identified four other instances of SCP-XXXX-A, three of whom have been located and issued a Class-A amnestic.
