ARTOG

GOI NAME: ARTOG (Anomalous Realizations and Transparency of Official governments)

ARTOG is a very dangerous and resourceful organization with an estimated 2.5 million members. This GOI is a rival to the SCP foundation and its end goal is world domination. One way this organization rivals the SCP foundation is weaponry. It is not as powerful as the U.S., N.A.T.O., Or any of the world's superpowers but has the amount of power to level a foundation site. ARTOG wants nothing todo with GOIs such as the chaos insurgency but will often trade resources with them. It often breaches containment in search for information on the shadow realm. The shadow realm is a strange mythological dimension where it is possible that the SCPs originated from. The foundation and ARTOG have harvested extremely small samples of "Shadow matter" which is a material with unstable amounts of energy which is what probably caused the ejection of the SCPs from the realm. and they proved to be insanely powerful weapons. One test had an entire building raised with a single shot. ARTOG seeks to use this power overpower the rest of the world. The only catch is that shadow matter requires over 500,000,000 Watts of energy to get a just a small dose, let alone enough to power an entire army. Fortunately and unfortunately some SCP are able to produce some Dark matter. And Fortunately and unfortunately neither ARTOG or the SCP Foundation knows which SCPs do it, So any theories written down were usually compromised by artog. Any and all theories as such must be kept in maximum security at all times.

Artog has been known to have Bases of operations but no known permanent bases are on the map. ARTOG bases have been found in have been found in Turkmenistan, The Mariana Islands, Mongolia, Luxembourg, Lybia, Chad, and Peru.
