Special Containment Procedures: At least two Foundation agents are to be present at all times at the site of SCP-XXX during the school year, pretending to be school counselors and/or receptionists to prevent their identities from being exposed. These agents are to both observe the school through the security cameras diligently, to roam the school often, and to keep close contact with students and/or faculty who are suspected to be affected by SCP-XXXX. Security cameras around the site of SCP-XXXX are also to be regularly monitored, maintained, and repaired, if any has sustained any amount of damage. Any events, injuries, and/or deaths that occur outside of SCP-XXXX but are suspected to be from the effects of SCP-XXXX are to be documented and to be shielded from the public eye immediately. Anyone who witnesses an event, injury, and/or death outside of SCP-XXXX but is related to the effects of the SCP will be amnestized as soon as possible.

Two weeks prior to SCP-XXXX, the activities of the Hampton High School Model United Nations Club are to be monitored. Any communications, particularly advertisements for SCP-XXXX, sent by the club to schools, bodies, and/or students outside of Calhoun County, Arkansas, USA, will be blocked from reaching the intended recipient and will be documented. Communications, including advertisements, sent by the club to schools, bodies, and/or students within Calhoun County are permitted but expected to be monitored and documented.

During SCP-XXXX, at least seven Foundation agents are to be present at all times at the site of SCP-XXXX, pretending to be a "mental health council" to aid the participants of SCP-XXXX. Microphones and cameras are expected to be recording at all times in all rooms being used for SCP-XXXX, and at least one Foundation agent is expected to be present in each room as well. Any students who are suspected to be targeted by the effects of SCP-XXXX are expected to be taken away from the site of SCP-XXXX immediately and amnestized. People who do not directly play a role in SCP-XXXX are prevented from entering the site of the SCP while it is occurring.

Once SCP-XXXX is complete, all participants are to be amnestized. The Hampton High School Model United Nations Club is also expected to be amnestized and disbanded. The school faculty member in charge of the club, usually a teacher, is also to be amnestized and must be transferred to another school, if possible. If this is not possible, the faculty member is to be fired from their job and told to find employment elsewhere.

All mirrors within the site of SCP-XXXX are to be destroyed while it is occurring. Only one mirror is permitted within the site of the SCP while it is occurring, which is the mirror in Room 1-B. People entering and leaving Room 1-B during SCP-XXXX are to be monitored and documented using security cameras.

Any mirrors destroyed in preparation of SCP-XXXX are to be replaced two weeks after SCP-XXXX has taken place.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an event known as the Hampton High School Model United Nations Convention, directed by the Hampton High School Model United Nations Club. It takes place in Hampton High School in Calhoun County, Arkansas, United States of America. SCP-XXXX generally takes place from the third Thursday of January to the third Friday of January, but preparations for the event is taken by the club two weeks prior to this period, and SCP-XXXX may still have strong effects two weeks after the event has ended.
