Special Containment Procedures: SCP- 5215 or "frank" is a normal human, with no out right dangerous properties, this is containment procedure is to simply have a tracking anklet on him at all times. Unlike most scps he is allowed to live mostly normal life checking in with SCP foundation members once a week.
Description: SCP-5215 is a Caucasian male, 6'2 in height, 184 lb, with black hair and green eyes. The anomalous nature of this SCP is that no physical evidence exists for him, or can ever exist. Pictures taken of scp-5215 will vanish before anyone except for scp-5215, same goes with recordings, footage, sketches, and even drawings he himself has done. Along with this anyway he affects the world will be undone as well. This has proven to be some rather horrifying experiments. Some additional tests for scp-5215 needed.
Addendum: some examples of testing done to scp-5215 includes.
Test 001. Scp-5215 was given a canvas and paints, however anytime he stopped painting the canvas would reset itself turning completely White.
Test 010. Scp-5215 mated with a young woman around the same age, however 2 days away from scp-5215, the woman had no regulation of the event.
Test 183. SCP-5215 was given a handgun and told to assassinate a d-class personnel, moments after scp-5215 completed the job the d-class remained unharmed and the bullet on fired.
Dr. Bright believes the scp-5215 could be used for spying missions, if only he could learn to control this anomalous factor of his life.
