Instances of SCP-X-1 who attempt to exit SCP-X are to be eliminated, with their corpses incinerated. Should Site-22 experience a containment breach, all personnel are to evacuate immediately. MTF Epsilon-16 ("Grave Diggers") is to secure the site.
SCP-X-1 refers to a series of organisms that have been produced by SCP-X. Some SCP-X-1 instances have anti-memetic properties, making descriptions of SCP-X-1 instances very difficult. SCP-X-1 instances appear to be able to take several different forms, with different anomalous properties for each form. Several SCP-X-1 instances have been known to be able to disrupt communications and recording devices, with the exact method unknown. There is little known about said instances as it is extremely difficult to sedate and contain SCP-X-1 instances. All SCP-X-1 have been shown to be hostile to any living creature and will attack with extreme violence.
SCP-X-α is the body of the late author H.P. Lovecraft. It is theorized that SCP-X uses H.P. Lovecraft's imagination to continuously churn out instances of SCP-X-1. This may be the reason why SCP-X-1 instances differ in size, shape, and attributes. SCP-X-α shows no signs of life and appears to be deceased. All attempts at removing SCP-X-α have been met with failure.

[BEGIN LOG]
Poncho: Comms check.
Fox: Check.
Saint: Check.
Bullseye: Check.
Grunt: Checkmate.
Eagle: We're good to go.
Team approaches the gravesite. On-Site fire team stands by to insert.
Fox: Spooky.
Fire Team Marshal: It's been pretty quiet today. Y'all shouldn't have a problem.
Poncho: Thanks.
Bullseye: Just don't jinx us
Both groups laugh darkly. The steel enclosure is removed. The team descends into the gravesite.
Poncho: Light her up. Don't be afraid to tap into your oxygen.
Team members activate shoulder-mounted lights. Grunt sets up a floodlamp near the entrance.
Poncho: Alright, move out.
The team descends deeper. After about 8 minutes of walking, the team enters what appears to be a large feeding ground, with the ground littered with several human corpses, as well as a few animal carcasses. Several tunnels branch off from here.
Saint: Jesus. Looks like we found our missing people.
Eagle: Poncho, want me to patch you into command?
Poncho: Yeah.
Eagle: Alright, one sec.
A few seconds pass.
Eagle: Alright, you're good.
Poncho: Command, this is E-16 Poncho, over.
Command: We hear you loud and clear. What's your position, over?
Poncho: We've entered the main tunnel system. We're in what appears to be a feeding ground. Several of these corpses are human. Want me to bag and tag 'em, over?
Command: Negative Poncho, on-site fireteam will acquire the remains. Proceed forward, over.
Poncho: Copy that, over. (Pauses) Alrighty, let's get moving.
Grunt: Want me to set up another light?
Poncho: Yeah, you go ahead and do that.
Grunt proceeds to set up a floodlamp.
Grunt: All done.
Poncho: Alright, let's get moving.
The team then proceeds through the closest tunnel.
Fox: You smell that?
Eagle: If you mean that oily smell, then yes.
A loud shriek can be heard echoing through the tunnel.
Saint: I'm not the only one that heard that, right?
Poncho: Check weapons.
Team members each begin double-checking their weapons. The team proceeds cautiously through several more tunnels and caverns. At one tunnel entrance, the team sets up several explosive charges around the mouth of the tunnel. They then proceed forward and exit into another cavern.
Grunt: Check, disturbances.
A large, humanoid entity, with several tentacles and eyes on its exterior stumbles itself into view.
Bullseye: (Whispers) The fuck is that?
The entity turns and stares at Bullseye. It emits a loud shriek and suddenly charges forward.
Poncho: Shit, open fire!
All members of the team open fire. The bullets hit the humanoid and it stumbles and falls, emitting loud shrieks as it does so.
Fox: We gotta shut that thing up!
Fox draws her sidearm and empties a full magazine into the entity's head. The entity falls silent.
Poncho: Eagle, patch me into command.
Eagle: Got it. I'm having trouble with the sensors, though.
Poncho:Just patch me through.
A few seconds pass.
Poncho: Command, we've encountered a hostile, humanoid entity, over.
Command: I can see it. Could you get a better light source on it, over?
Poncho: Copy that, over.
Poncho signals for Grunt to set up a floodlamp to illuminate the corpse. As soon as Grunt turns on the light, the entire cave is illuminated, revealing several more humanoid entities, as well as a large, fleshy, amorphous entity.
Bullseye: Oh fuck.
The amorphous entity lets out a shriek and all entities converge on the team.
Poncho: Run!
The group flees the mass of humanoid entities, which trail closely behind them. E-16 Bullseye is tackled by one of the entities and falls to the ground as he is swarmed by the entities. Fox throws an incendiary grenade behind the team and continues running.
The incendiary grenade explodes, showering several entities with flames.
Saint: Shit shit shit shit shit!
As the team runs past the tunnel where they set explosive charges, Poncho pulls out a detonator and uses the explosives to collapse the tunnel. The team members collapse from exhaustion.
Eagle: What the hell is tha-
All recorders cut out in unison.

Note: Of the 5 members sent into SCP-X, only two made it out: E-16 Fox and E-16 Eagle. Both requested to be amnestied.
