Item 1: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP xxxx is contained of its own free will so long as its stipulations are met. SCP xxxx requires regular updates on the well-being and general treatment of all D-class held at its containment site. Attempts to falsify information will prove futile, given the anomalous properties of SCP xxxx. SCP xxxx is to be housed in a standard outdoor avian enclosure and fed five mice twice a day. Water is to be kept clean and replaced daily, and SCP xxxx's cage is to be cleaned once a week. SCP xxxx is allowed visits and conversation and, by its own request, no clearance level is required to converse with SCP xxxx. All conversations are to be monitored as per standard security measures.
Description: SCP xxxx appears to be a standard female barn owl with no unusual coloration for the species. The only visible difference between SCP xxxx and a non-anomalous barn owl is its eyes, appearing to be blind. Upon closer inspection, the eyes of SCP xxxx appear to be dotted with cosmic patterns which seem to change intermittently. SCP xxxx is both sentient and sapient and is capable of speech. By its own account, it is able to speak fluent English, German, Dutch, and Russian. SCP xxxx displays an ability to see anywhere at any time (see experiment log A) and has promised to cooperate with SCP personnel in locating SCPs and persons of interest, so long as the aforementioned conditions are met. Below is an interview log taken shortly after SCP xxxx's containment.
