Special Containment Procedures: Victims affected by SCP-PT-J cannot be easily interacted with due to their ignorance, and tests show that amnesics below class-C cannot "cure" them. After some research, the problem with SCP-PT-J is ongoing in the country it's located at, so everybody knows about it. Due to this fact, victims can live their life normally.

Description: SCP-PT-J has been identified to be a political party named "Partido dos Trabalhadores"(or "PT" in short), located at Brazil. This party shows belief in the socialist idealism, and tries to implant the ideas on it's country. SCP-PT-J originated back in 19██, with the intention of turning Brazil into a socialist country. Until this day, SCP-PT-J has never succeeded in its "mission".
SCP-PT-J can be divided in 3 main entities: SCP-PT-J-1, SCP-PT-J-2, and SCP-PT-J-3.

SCP-PT-J-1, or Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva

SCP-PT-J-1: SCP-PT-J-1 is a human from the male gender, named: "Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva", with the appearance of a middle aged man above 60 years old. (we can all agree he is a little fat)

SCP-PT-J-1 began governing Brazil in 20██, and stayed in power for █ years, until he hit the Brazilian political term limit, in which he left the status of president. During his stay, he made a project named "Bolsa Família", which objective was: give money for all Brazilian families so they can sustain themselves.(See Addendum PT-1)
After his departure of power, Brazil elected another president, coincidentally, SCP-PT-J-2.

SCP-PT-J-2, or Dilma Vana Rousseff

SCP-PT-J-2: SCP-PT-J-2 is another human, this time, from the female gender, named:" Dilma Vana Rousseff", with the same appearance as a middle aged woman above 60 years. (and we can all agree that she is also kinda fat. Not part of her anomaly, but just a genetic outcome)

When SCP-PT-1 left presidency, SCP-PT-J-2 got elected into what she would be known: "the first female president in Brazil". During her government, a strange phenomenon happened while SCP-PT-J-2 made speeches in live TV: Residents across all Brazil would go to their windows, and hit metal pots and pans, making big amounts of noise. The effect was known for its name: "Panelada".

Even though the Brazilian political term limits only allow for 4 years of government, SCP-PT-J-2 got re-elected in 20██.But, in the same year, she was forced to leave power.(See Addendum PT-2)

SCP-PT-J-3, or Fernando Haddad

SCP-PT-J-3: SCP-PT-J-3 is yet another person, from the gender male, named: "Fernando Haddad ", with the appearance of a early aged man, close to 30 years.(no Arabic reference here boys)

After SCP-PT-J-2 left power, Brazil didn't had anyone to govern, so a temporary president was elected to handle Brazil for 4 years. The chosen man for this task was "Michel Temer ", a normal human being.
After 4 years, 2018 came, and a new "true" president was about to be chosen. One of the contenders for presidency is SCP-PT-J-3.
After the first round of votes, SCP-PT-J-3 went to the finals competing with another political contender: "Bolsonaro", another normal human being. Until this day, the final round of the elections hasn't came yet, but depending of the outcome, military intervention might be necessary.

Details: What really caught the attention of the facility for this SCP, is that even with the things "PT" has made, it still has more than 1 Million followers. After some interviews with victims affected from SCP-PT-J, they seemed to love "PT" and never change idealism. After this discovery, SCP-PT-J received the CognitoHazard sub-type.

+ Addendum PT-1

The plan named "Bolsa Família" was made to distribute money to all families across Brazil that could not sustain themselves due to poor economic regions. But after seeing Brazilian studies, it was clear that SCP-PT-J-1 had to get the money from somewhere. And that somewhere would be the population taxes.
According to the same studies, the amount of money gathered for the plan was above ██████████ dollars, and was not in vain. the same research also showed a theory that SCP-PT-J-1 was using a socialist based theorem from Vladmir Lenin, a russian leader from the former USSR.
One of the steps for turning Brazil into a socialist country, was to weaken its economy. Those ██████████ dollars could be well used to pay Brazil's external debts, so SCP-PT-J-1 got rid of the money.

+ Addendum PT-2

Apparently, when SCP-PT-J-2 was governing, SCP-PT-J got the image of a communist party that wanted to ruin Brazil. For that reason, and some other unknown reason, a huge part of victims affected by SCP-PT-J woke up from their "hypnosis" and showed that SCP-PT-J needed to stop.
To represent the movement, residents of various states and cities started to gather in their windows whenever SCP-PT-J-2 made live speeches on TV, and they started to make big amounts of sound while hitting metal pans and pots. This event was named "Panelada".
Strangely, the sound of hitting pans woke more residents from the hypnosis, and caused them to join the "Panelada, causing a chain reaction of increasing the consciousness of Brazilians.
