Special Containment Procedures: SCP 4707 is to be placed in a 1x1x1 meter concrete room, with a 55 cm window and deposit drawer implemented into the wall. A slat in the wall approximately 27x27 cm is to be placed with a thermal heat signature inside with, at the moment a piece of SCP-682 inside of the wall. In the event of a Keter class breach, SCP-4707 is to be debriefed on the subject, given the best materials against the SCP to morph into the form that is most effective against the threat and let out of its containment chamber. Two (2) MTF guards are to inspect SCP-4707’s cell every day.

Description: SCP-4707 is an entity that when its original form, is about the size of a car battery. However, its form can change when it is given any material other than concrete. SCP-4707 has the ability to disable any SCP. The foundation has taken this ability and negotiated with it to help with containment breaches. SCP-4707 in its original form it can see heat signatures and regularly.

Addendum: 4707-A: This is the first interview with SCP-4707, where Dr. Glassman gives SCP-4707 Two (2) sheets of 1 meter by 1-meter Titanium.

Dr. Glassman: Hello 4707.
SCP-4707: Greetings, my systems state that you are human?

NOTE: This is the first response we have had with SCP-4707.
Dr. Glassman: Yes, I am Dr. Glassman. I have come to ask of you if you require any materials.

SCP-4707: I can take any material of yours other than what you call ‘Concrete’.

*Dr. Glassman deposits the sheets of pure Titanium.*

SCP-4707: Thank you, Doctor.

NOTE: At this point, the metal has gravitated towards SCP-4707 and is morphing around it and has taken the shape of some type of creature.

SCP-4707: This is much more comfortable.
Dr. Glassman: SCP-4707 has made no attempt to break out of its cell, Tomorrow, I want 2 MTF guards to inspect the cell of any damage.

Notes: Every week, SCP-4707 is to be given two (2) more titanium plates in order to maintain its preferred form.

Closing Statement: It seems that SCP-4707 has the ability to morph into any shape or form when given sufficient materials.
