Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: [REDACTED] is to remain trapped within the SCP Database. Any attempt to create a bridge to the rest of the internet, intentional or not, will result in reclassification as D-Class or immediate extermination, with the choice being left to the Site Director.
In the event [REDACTED] manages to escape the confines of the SCP Database, and ISPs are to be disabled and all internet websites scanned for [REDACTED] and backed up to a mainframe located at Site-■■. [REDACTED] shall be lured back into the Database by publishing its SCP number classification on at least ■■■ SCP entries.
No attempts to terminate [REDACTED] have been made.
Description: [REDACTED] is a sub-sentient infohazardous virus created by SCP-079 during a containment breach initiated by SCP-682. Its main purpose is to redact random sections of SCP Database entries, usually anything to do with names, locations, dates, and numbers.
[REDACTED] has caused to date, the deaths of over ■■■ SCP employees through deleting important sections of SCP entries.
[REDACTED] was brought to The Foundation's attention after Containment procedures for SCP-012 were redacted and a freshly hired assistant came under its effects and eventually killed himself. Since then, The Foundation has monitered and edited entries as quickly as possible. The Foundation is currently out-sourcing this process to a tech support company based out of ■■■■■■■■■, Ohio.
Addendum [REDACTED]-01:
After multiple proxy cages, two dozen fried servers, and hours of man power wasted, it is impossible to trap this thing anywhere else than the database. It's like it know what we're doing.
We are going to keep trying, but everytime it goes into the cage, it spits itself back out.

Addendum [REDACTED]-02:
How did this thing find my Sonic fanfic? I think we need to update the containment procedure.
