Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell. SCP-XXXX is to be fitted with welder's grade safety glasses at all times. All personnel meeting with SCP-XXXX are instructed not to make eye contact under any circumstance. However, the viewing of SCP-XXXX’s eyes on film has proven to cause no noticeable side effects.
Any personnel to come into direct eye contact with SCP-XXXX are to be detained for further testing.

SCP-XXXX is generally cooperative, but is also very manipulative and deceptive. Mood swings are to be expected when asked questions about SCP-XXXX’s origin.

In order to keep SCP-XXXX’s consciousness alive, the entity is granted one (1) D-Class personnel when it’s number of vessels has decreased to one (1).

Description: SCP-XXXX’s natural form is unknown, at this point in time it is to be considered a consciousness. SCP-XXXX’s “name” or oldest/original vessel is a man named [REDACTED]. Despite this, the entity has revealed that it is not [REDACTED], it merely awoke in [REDACTED] one day, assuming control over his consciousness. (It is important to note that [REDACTED] holds no emotional weight to SCP-XXXX and questions of their relationship has caused numerous incidents) SCP-XXXX claims that although it can only remember as far back as Richard, that it believes it has existed for much longer than that.

SCP-XXXX is capable of spreading it’s consciousness through direct eyesight, at time of writing, SCP-XXXX controls six (6) total vessels. Through interviews the entity reveals the vessels can act as one or separate depending on what it requires of them. The entity also has revealed that once taken over it is unable to release it’s hold over the vessels consciousness. It’s unclear if SCP-XXXX itself can be killed by physical means, but it has shown concern when a vessel becomes ill or sustained serious injury.

It is unclear if SCP-XXXX retains any of the memories of the vessels prior to overtaking their consciousness. The vessels are not to be separated from one another for more than one (1) hour as it has shown to increase SCP-XXXX’s hostility.
