Special Containment Procedures:
There is no way to contain this being by force. It can be contained by will but all attempts made to capture it has been unsuccessful in this being. Most attempted capturing has ended with the slaughtering of the captures. Can not be persuaded to go into captivity. Can be persuaded to go into captivity. When captive it does not require anything special. The only special thing that it requires is room to write. If it does not have room to write it will go on a killing spree on anything related to its captors until it can escape or write. It is able to write on almost anything however things that are harder to pierce take more energy. It requires energy to do anything. If it runs out of energy it will go on a killing spree on anything related to its captors until it has energy as killing doesn't take any energy. To keep this from anything when it is in captivity its room is made of easily scratchable concrete and the lights in its room are black lights mixed with normal lights as it requires black light to gain energy.Also seems to get energy from the murder of living things.
Description:
This SCP is extremely dangerous. It has no intent on being dangerous, however. The thing about it that makes it dangerous is whatever it writes comes true. It can write whatever but it only writes what it wants. If it is constantly pestered about what it should write it will kill the pesterer. Even though all of the writing comes true it can come true at any time.
The things it normally writes are just runes with no real understanding of what they mean. However, it can write in any written language. Usually, if it isn't writing in runes then it is writing prophecy of something or something that will happen in the future to whatever species can read the language. If it ever stops writing then it will constantly blink.
To write in almost anything it has to have a wide variety of tools. Its hands act as these tools as they can transform into any writing tool. It most commonly uses a chisel to write in stone, its favorite writing surface. The chisel is just like any other chisel except it is on a small tentacle-like structure then the chisel forms at a ninety-degree angle. When writing it keeps its eye closed however it can still see through echolocation.
The creature can make anything that it has written come true just bye blinking. Can only make it come true right when it blinks and can't select the location. __It can choose what time (even in the past) and where it happens unless those are locked in the writing. Attempts to stop it from blinking are useless as it's eye can move anywhere pitch black that is connected to the pitch black of the creature. When the white wye is closed leaving only black it can reopen wherever it wants to on the SCP. Blinking is the only way it can make things it wrote come true not just closing its eye

Addendum:
This SCP is Keter class as it is easily able to kill mankind although it has experienced no reason to.
It has, however, not shown any want to kill mankind. It does seem to be experimenting though. When it blinks for hours at a time and things start to pop up on the news is when The Foundation starts to get nervous.
It is also able to teleport by slipping through cracks if there are any.
