Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### is to be monitored occasionally but generally requires little action on the Foundations part SCP-#### is to be contained in a locked cell that measures 5m x 5m and that cannot be externally viewed by any means, anyone entering not for the purposes of testing must be wearing a blindfold or be naturally blind, SCP-#### is to be fed 2 meals a day, one at 10am and another at 7pm, SCP-#### is allowed 1 piece of paper a day, and 1 pen or pencil per week.
Description: SCP-#### is a human male of English descent who previously lived in ███████, England before it was contained after an incident where SCP-####-1 caused it to accidentally create a cult of personality based around it at their local college, before this event SCP-#### was known to be anomalous but the full effects of this anomaly were not known and incorrectly judged to be harmless.
SCP-#### is capable of creating art that has cognitohazardous properties, all art made by SCP-####, except instances of SCP-####-2, displays these properties and it is classified as SCP-####-1, the specific effects of SCP-####-1 vary depending on the type of art, however they all are based on vision, only display anomalous effects when made on paper and are weakened when copied or displayed visually, they also seem to only affect each person once, although one person can be affected multiple times by different works of art, however this last rule has been inconsistent in the past.

List of SCP-####-1’s known effects based on art type:

Effect 1

Any form of drawn art that depicts either something non-anomalous or non-existent causes the viewer to fall slightly in love with SCP-####, regardless of actual sexuality or preferences, in one test, a D-class saw over 20 of such artworks, later the D-class asked to marry SCP-####, when they were denied they ran away crying and were later found dead, having committed suicide via repeated banging of their head against their cell wall, after this incident, the effect seems to have become stronger, further such testing has been banned.

Effect 2

Any form of drawn art that depicts any anomalous entity that is known to the viewer will cause the viewer to actively seek out that entity for roughly 2 hours, however they rarely become aggressive when restrained, if they manage to reach the entity they will proceed to serenade it for another hour before suddenly fainting, when they wake up, they will remember nothing of the event. Drawings of SCP-096 have been shown not to trigger its effects, however when the viewer arrives close enough to SCP-096 to begin serenading, SCP-096 will begin covering its face, although it will never try and kill the viewer, unless they view its face as normal. If the entity drawn is in any way inaccessible the viewer will start to mournfully sing to themselves about unrequited love for an hour, before falling unconscious as normal. If the effects occur in the weakened state all times are halved.

Effect 3

Any form of drawn art that depicts any anomalous entity that is known to at least 1 person, but not the viewer, causes the viewer to suddenly know all known data on that entity, however they will regard this data as being in itself a cognitohazard and will tell no one of what they know willingly, due to this it has deemed unusable as a method of stealing data from other anomaly based organisations, although it can be used as a method of spreading certain actual cognitohazards for testing, note that the drawing of SCP-████ is never to be viewed as it causes instant death of the individual, it is unknown how this drawing exists, as SCP-#### is not effected by SCP-████. If the effect occurs in a weakened state they will only know that it exists and that it is anomalous, as well as 3 random, but always short and mostly inane, snippets of data about it.

Effect 4

Any writing of fiction that is fully read causes the viewer to believe the work is actually true and that it is simply forgotten knowledge, they may also start professing to be a studied expert on some characters or monsters within the work, although when questioned about where they studied this, they will be unsure, this effect seems to be able to somewhat survive many amnestics, however they do reduce its impact heavily, making people believe instead that the work is an old fairy tale, even if it makes no sense to be so, such as if it contains advanced or modern technology or even if it is simply a poem, this is the same effect as if the weakened state occurred, a second round of amnestics will fully clear the effect.

Effect 5

Any writing of non-fiction that is fully read causes the viewer to immediately seek out either SCP-2128 or SCP-2427-7, even if they did not know of either entity prior, they will then recite the entire work which has so far always caused the viewer to be immolated, unlike when SCP-#### produces a drawing of an anomalous entity, this effect will last until the viewer is either dead or is given amnestics and the viewer will respond violently if restrained from reaching its destination. For unknown reasons this has no effect on any humanoid SCPs, Dr. Bright or Dr. Alto Clef. If the effect occurs in a weakened state the viewer will seek a polygraph test before reciting the entire work, the test will always say the person is lying, even if the work is wholly correct.

SCP-#### can also make another anomalous entity via similar methods, however these one are made when it makes a sculpture out of paper that depicts a “living” thing, when complete the sculpture will morph into a smaller version of that thing, which seems entirely identical to the original, just smaller, these sculptures are referred to as SCP-####-2. When making a sculpture of an SCP it will only sometimes have the anomalous effect be replicated, such as when SCP-#### made a sculpture of SCP-173, which the effect deemed to be alive, however this version could never move and simply looked exactly like a smaller version of SCP-173. These sculptures seem to have a very short lifespan however, with only 2 sculptures to date surviving for more than 5 days, being the sculpture of SCP-173 and a sculpture of Dr. Bright. When asked to make a sculpture of Dr. Alto Clef SCP-#### complied, however the sculpture never displayed the anomalous effect.

SCP-#### is known to start drawing and writing things on the walls and its skin with its own blood if left without means of producing art, since it was found that it skin can also be counted as paper by its anomaly it is to be given a steady supply of paper, however all art recovered from its cell is either to be contained in a secure filing cabinet nearby or be incinerated. Various doctors have proposed giving SCP-#### SCP-067 however it has been so far denied due to the fact that retrieving SCP-067 may be too difficult to be reasonably possible afterwards.

SCP-#### and SCP-4047 are not allowed to meet under any circumstance as it is unknown what a drawing of SCP-4047-A drawn by SCP-#### would do, especially if it was instructed by SCP-4047.
