Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8099 is contained within a 250x250 air-tight valve, built with 1 meter thick titanium and reinforced with 5 graphene sheets on each end.
The containment cell is to be monitored by 5 on-site Mobile Task Force ████ and ████.
The containment cell was made to house SCP-████ before it's termination in ██/██/███.
SCP-8099 is hidden amongst the many puppets inside the contaiment cell.
SCP-8099 is housed in Site-███ Sector-█, under no circumstances should any individual come in contact of the SCP even if it's less than a meter away with absolutely no barrier in-between, on O5-██ orders. future testing on SCP-8099 is hereby suspended following the Incident Civilous.

Description: SCP-8099 is a puppet held on by 4 individual strings made by Darwin Bark Spider's silk with a marionette, the puppet is described to be approximately 88cm in size however this may vary, due to the brutal nature of SCP-8099. No individual is capable of going near to SCP-8099 due to it's activity of constantly swinging around the western and eastern wall.
Addendum A1: A note was found in the recovery of SCP-8099 in ████, Germany. The note suggests SCP-8099 was created in the year ████ by an aspiring unnamed puppeteer planning on using the puppet for a talent show. The note later suggests that the puppeteer later abandoned the puppet for unspecified reason approximately ████ km away from where it was found. According to the given note and what was extracted by Task Force Resh-1 during the recovery, the puppet did not share the same properties it was supposed to possess. Once it arrived to Site-███ for close examination, the qualities were starting to appear after it was housed in SCP-███'s old containment cell. It is also currently unknown regarding who wrote the note and whether the writer had any correlation to the original puppeteer.
Despite being approximately ████ years of age, SCP-8099 shows no sign of deterioration or damage to it's wooden base. The SCP is considered docile and extremely dangerous. One Class-D test has confirmed this hypothesis as SCP-8099 coming on contact with the Class-D was able to float and move, without a puppeteer controlling it and decisively teleport behind the invidiual as they begin to brutally ██████ the individual by █████ until no traceable parts of the individuals body were found.
Addendum A2: Incident Civilous
On █/█/████, a rogue Ethics Committee Councillor has been seen around ██████ entering Sector-███ and SCP-8099's containment cell using a stolen keycard from O5-███ who has visited the site ██████ days before at this moment. It is unknown why, how or what the councillor's intentions were at the time. At approximately █████ the Ethics Committee councillor is able to gain access to SCP-8099's inner chamber where he was immediately terminated by the SCP-8099 leaving a spastic pool of blood, without remains. SCP-8099 calmly returned and the containment area was swept and secured. Only the councillor was reported as the site casualty.
