Special containment procedures:

Scp-XXXX is to be kept in a standard secure humanoid containment cell. All surfaces within the cell are to be heavily padded and all furnishings and objects within the cell are reinforced against impacts. All furnishings and padding are to be inspected and cleaned bi-weekly and repaired/replaced as needed. Any personnel who wish to enter the cell must first don crash armor. Scp-XXXX is to also be provided with crash armor. See incident XXXX-1. Should Scp-XXXX breach containment guards are instructed to subdue SCP-XXXX via pepper spray, tasers, and net shooters.

Note: in the wake of incident SCP-XXXX-2, all personnel is reminded to make sure the door to SCP-XXXX's containment cell is to remain locked when not in use. - Dr. J

Description:

Scp-XXXX is a 42-year-old Caucasian male 186cm in height and weighing approximately 68kg1(SCP-XXXX's exact mass cannot be accurately measured due to its anomalous properties). SCP-XXXX's personal gravity changes to SCP-XXXX's direct line of sight. When the object’s eyes are completely closed it experiences no gravity whatsoever. So far no organic matter produced by SCP-XXXX has shown any anomalous properties.

Scp-XXXX was discovered on 12/9/2012 10 kilometers from Kingston Ontario after reports of a “flying man” came to foundation attention. It is estimated that SCP-XXXX was airborne for approximately 15 minutes before making a semi-controlled landing on the St Lawrence River. The anomaly was then recovered by the crew of the freighter MV star. A recovery team was dispatched from [redacted] and recovery was performed successfully. All individuals who came into direct contact with SCP-XXXX were administered Class-A amnestics and a cover story was spread of a publicity stunt involving a human-shaped model aircraft.

Scp-XXXX Was identified as Donovan Kowalczyk. a former plumber originally from Regina Saskatchewan. Mr. Kowalcyzk was convicted of drug trafficking charges on 4/4/2003 but acquitted on lack of evidence. Scp-XXXX claims to have acquired its anomalous properties at a party after being bet that it couldn’t drink a beverage mixed by an individual identified as Malcolm Snyder, an associate of Scp-XXXX’s who was implicated in Scp-XXXX’s 2003’s trafficking. Scp-XXXX has so far identified twelve various alcoholic beverages, four different illicit drugs including PCP and THC and an unidentified substance resembling [Data Expunged] as ingredients of the beverage. Mr. Snyder was reported missing shortly after SCP-XXXX's recovery. The search for Mr. is ongoing as of 6/5/2017.

Incident scp-xxxx-1

On [Date Redacted] 2016. A containment breach of Scp-_ caused a complete power outage to sectors _, _ and __at site 17. The power outage lasted just over 19 hours. During this period power was redirected from sectors _, _ and __ to more essential site systems.
