Description: SCP-4531 is a male human which appers to be somewhere in his late 20s, early 30s. It is 1.8 metres tall and has Black hair and Brown Eyes.

SCP-4531 seems to have the ability to transform int a state in which it can go through all processed materials. In this state it is slightly transparent.

When People of radical Left Ideologies are around SCP-4531, they will have a slight sense of conformation in their believes. This believe will strenghen if they come nearer to SCP-4531. While debating SCP-4531 seems to be a good agitator and has an unparalled Knowledge of Socialist Scolars and Theorists. SCP-4531 native-speaker grade abilities to speak in German, English, French, Italian, Flemish and Danish, but he also is fluent in other languages, including, but not limited to: Russian, Hungarian, Chinese and Esperanto.

SCP-4531 was captured after word got out that 3 Vietnam-Veterans in ██████,███████ reported sanity loss under misterous circumstances. They reported to hear Voices and they would allways see a man inside crowds of People that would stand out and "accuse them". SCP-4531 was found thanks to a good description by one of ist victims. After some digging it was found out that he had applicated for a Job in a Steel Factory, where already had rosen though the ranks of the local Union. He was taken in captivity under the allegation of plotting a terroristic act. After several Workers in the steel plant Revolted and claimed that he was only imprisoned because he would stand up for the "rights of the Proletariat". After that incedend Class-A amnestic were issued to all Workers of the Plant. The Personal items found on SCP-4531 include:
