Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a security locker in an O5 Command maximum-security storage facility. Access to SCP-XXXX is to be granted only by majority resolution of the O5 Council.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a black 4GB USB flash drive containing X digital documents, henceforth collectively referred to as SCP-XXXX-A.

SCP-XXXX-A consist of various transcripts, video and audio logs from the period between 12th June 2021 and 28th June 2021. These files document the work of the O5 Council to manage relations with the Aeneid Initiative, an organisation associated with the Serpent's Hand claiming to possess Foundation sympathies. Records show that such interaction with a group of this name and description did occur during this time period. However, the content of SCP-XXXX-A diverges noticeably from baseline reality in that the voices and appearances of the thirteen individuals portrayed within them as members of the O5 Council do not match those of any current or previous O5 Council member, nor of any individual on Foundation record. It is currently hypothesised that SCP-XXXX-A describe events from a similar yet alternate reality.

SCP-XXXX was discovered in the Monaco residence of O5-6 during a routine security sweep on 9th July 2021. On 10th July 2021, following exposure to the contents of SCP-XXXX-A, O5-6 enacted an executive upgrade of SCP-XXXX’s clearance level to level 6, necessitating the amnesticisation of all other personnel thereuntil involved in its documentation. This upgrade was confirmed by unanimous O5 Council decision on 14th July 2021.
