Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a glass container reinforced by steel surrounded by four security officers at each corner of the containment cell. Two security officers with thermal goggles are to be positioned at the entrance to SCP-XXXX's cell.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a species of unknown origin, being a fleshy being resembling a cephalopod, more specifically an Enteroctopus dofleini. SCP-XXXX will constantly change the amount of arms, eyes or other parts depending on it's surroundings. SCP-XXXX also has been shown to have many camouflaging abilities.

SCP-XXXX is capable of replicating the skin of other animals, which it has used to breach containment on a number of times¹, however, SCP-XXXX can only replicate skin if it has "absorbed" human tissue. After replicating the skin of an animal, SCP-XXXX will reshape itself into the animal it has copied the skin of.

Addendum: Before SCP-XXXX was classified as Keter, there were 4 other instances of SCP-XXXX contained alongside the current SCP-XXXX, designated as SCP-XXXX-1 through 3. Each one breached containment and had to be neutralized.

+ Incident 1-3

Incident 1

SCP-XXXX-1 had escaped the cell by following a guard (Officer Isaac) through the cell door² while camouflaged, it then ripped a piece of skin off of the arm of the guard and escaped to a bathroom, where it finished absorbing and copying the skin of the guard.

SCP-XXXX-1 then shaped itself into the guard and attempted to leave Site ██. SCP-XXXX-1 however was found by the guard it had copied, who shot SCP-XXXX-1, neutralizing it. After the incident, additional security officers were assigned to SCP-XXXX-1's containment cell, and Officer Isaac, who was responsible for SCP-XXXX-1's neutralization, was given the duty of guarding the outside door of SCP-XXXX's containment cell.

Incident 2

SCP-XXXX-2 had escaped the cell by following a guard through the cell door similar to SCP-XXXX-1, but instead entered the vents into the cafeteria and ripped off the skin of a janitor's ankle. SCP-XXXX-2 then entered the Armory of Site ██ and then finished replicating the janitor. It then acquired security armor and a rifle.

SCP-XXXX-2 then attempted to escape the site, causing 3 casualties and 2 injuries. SCP-XXXX-2 was stopped by the Officer Isaac, who threw an incendiary grenade at SCP-XXXX-2, neutralizing SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX was then re-designated as Euclid. An additional two guards were positioned in SCP-XXXX's containment cell.

Incident 3

SCP-XXXX-3 and 4 had escaped the cell by breaking through the glass tank and attacking and disabling the security officers inside, taking pieces of their skin from their arms and taking their security armor and weapons. SCP-XXXX-3 and 4 then left the cell and disabled the officers at the cell door by shooting them both in the leg and removing their weapons. SCP-XXXX-3 and 4 then attempted to escape the site similar to the previous incident, causing 12 casualties and 6 injuries. SCP-XXXX-3 and 4 were stopped by Officer Isaac, along with the other security officers positioned near SCP-XXXX, who set up explosives on the ceiling of the room near the exit gate, which were detonated and crushed SCP-3 and 4, neutralizing them both. SCP-XXXX was re-designated as Keter.

Document XXXX

SCP-XXXX-B in early stages of life.

SCP-XXXX was found in ██████, California, where a meteor was seen crashing into the ocean. After reports of the incident were posted online, MTF Gamma-6 ("Deep Feeders") were sent in to investigate. Logs indicate that the meteorite (now known as SCP-XXXX-A) had contained biological material, including an amoeba capable of both moving through water at intense speeds and hovering in the air by unknown means, along with being capable of growing to the size of small rodents (SCP-XXXX-B). The meteorite also held a highly durable reptile-like species similar to the extinct Ichthyosaur, which was defensive and extremely flexible (SCP-XXXX-C). The third species found was SCP-XXXX itself. SCP-XXXX itself, B, and C were relocated to Site ██, however, SCP-XXXX-B and C were relocated to a separate containment cell restricted to Level 3 personnel, and SCP-XXXX-A was relocated to a storage facility located in ██████, and is restricted to Level 4 personnel.

SCP-XXXX is not of unknown origin.

SCP-XXXX-A was actually not entirely meteorite, instead it was part machine. There seems to be a message written on the hull of the ship in an alien language. Translators are still working on the message, but Document XXXX-A is a rough translation of the message

Document XXXX-A

For those who can read this. The human race was exterminated in ████, when our great race sent a bio-weapon to take over the Earth. We came and conquered the humans when they were struggling to fight our weapon, and turned the planet into a utopia for us. The humans were executed for being inferior to our great race, and now we have fixed the planet they had broke. (Indecipherable, possibly a motto of some sort).
