Special Containment Procedures:
The building containing SCP-4904 is to be fenced and guarded at all times by three (3) armed guards at all times. Any civilians approaching SCP-4904 are to be apprehended and questioned. Once questioned, they are to be administered Class B amnestics and released. Any testing wished to be done with SCP-4904 requires the approval of Dr.aaaaaaaaa and two (2) level 2 clearance personnel. No photographical or recording devices are allowed within SCP-4904, any attempts to do so will result in immediate termination.
Description:
SCP-4904-1 is a 950 sq ft apartment in

, ………… . With two (2) bathrooms and two (2) bedrooms.
Between the hours of 06:00:00 and 22:00:00, SCP-4904-1 is in its inactive state, exhibiting no anomalous behavior. However, within the hours of 23:00:00 and 05:00:00 SCP-4904 is within its active state, when its anomalous behaviors become apparent.
During these hours, a robed figure resembling POI-9552, a former member of the GOI appears, sitting at a desk, working on something. When questioned about this, POI-9552 always responds with “You’ll see.” When questioned, persons that came in contact with POI-9552 always refer to him as “Jacob”
SCP-4904-2 is the designation of all the projects POI-9552 have made. All projects have been seized by the Foundation. [Full list here] Instances of SCP-4904-2 are of anomalous nature, typically being very dangerous and able to effect real life events.
Persons that have come in contact with POI-9552 will then become “Testers” of SCP-4904-2 instances. These people, regardless of location or obstacles, are transported to SCP-4904-1 through unknown means and never seen again. It is unknown what happens to people taken by POI-9552, although it is presumed to be [DATA EXPUNGED].
Any attempts to install surveillance equipment inside of SCP-4904-1 have been met with failure, with the result always being malfunction of the device and subsequent [DATA EXPUNGED] to any and all persons involved with setting up the cameras.
It is unknown how POI-9552 is able to know who installed the cameras, although it is presumed that POI-9552 has an omniscient effect inside of SCP-4904-1.
Investigation is underway if Instances of SCP-4904-2 have a similar effect on environments it is placed in.
