Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5646 doesn't appear often, so its very hard to capture. Many capture attempts has been made but SCP-5646 always escapes. No sketches of SCP-5646 are allowed due sketchers brutal death upon drawing SCP-5646.
Description: SCP-5646 is 1,9 meter humanoid male of unknown origin. SCP-5646 has dark clothing with a top hat on and a bag on its back, a clipboard, a quill and a bottle of ink in its hands. SCP-5646 doesn't have a material body so it cannot be touched. SCP-5646 doesn't appear in pictures or videos and cannot be seen with a camera or a video recorder.
Discovery: SCP-5646 was first discovered by the Fountation in [DATA REDACTED], when a town reported police for [DATA EXPUNGED]. The culprit was found in a windmill close to the town. The culprit pleaded to be let go and was put in jail. Later the culprit died of [DATA EXPUNGED] in his cell. Police officer saw a dark clothed person enter the cell trough the bars and saw the culprit beg the person for more time. The person didint seem to care for the pleads and then said "Deal is a deal, no more time, time to pay with your own heart.". Then the person [DATA EXPUNGED] and took a look of it. Then it put heart on a class jar and later in the bag. Then it disappeared into a wall. On the culprits body there was a note that said "Want anything, just say "I want to make a deal" and you will get it."
Addendum: SCP-5646.1: The First Deal
A D-class personnel (D-34747) was made to make a deal with SCP-5646. First D-34747 said "I want to make a deal." and then SCP-5646 appeared in front of D-34747. SCP-5646 said to D-34747 "What do you desire." and D-34747 responded "Freedom.". There was a little pause and then SCP-5646 said "The deal is made.". Little after that SCP-5646 [DATA EXPUNGED]. Then SCP-5646 said "Death is freedom." and disappeared into a wall.
Addendum: SCP-5646.2: The First Capture Attempt
A D-class personnel (D-34748) was made to make a deal with SCP-5646. First D- said "I want to make a deal." and then SCP-5646 appeared in front of D-34748. SCP-5646 said to D-34748 "What do you desire." and D-34748 responded "The death of Agent [DATA REDACTED].". SCP-5646 then said "How do you want him to die." and D-34748 said [DATA EXPUNGED]. Then SCP-5646 said to D-34748 "Sign here [DATA REDACTED].", D-34748 signed and SCP-5646 said "Payment now, 1 (one) liter of blood please.". D-34748 seemed to hesitate but SCP-5646 said "You die if you dont pay.", then D-34748 sighed and let SCP-5646 drink his blood. The containment cell was then locked and sealed, but SCP-5646 didint stop sucking D-34748's blood. Then SCP-5646 stopped and said "You paid so deal is done.", little bit later SCP-5646 disappeared into a wall of the containment cell. Later the day SCP-5646 appeared before Agent [DATA REDACTED] and [DATA EXPUNGED] him. Later D-34748 was terminated due causing Agent [DATA REDACTED] death.
