Author: Dr Hallows.
Name: Dr. James Hallows
Security Clearance: Level 4
Role: Senior researcher for anomalous species and objects in site 06-3.
Current Location: Site-06-3
Profile: Dr. James Edmund Hallows seems to be your run-of-the-mill senior researcher for the Foundation's science division, however, has more leeway when it comes to conducting experiments. Hallows possesses an extraordinary understanding of anomalous objects and entities when given enough time to study them, and has been entrusted with heading important task forces regarding the containment and discovery of a variety of SCPs.

While Dr. Hallows is primarily tasked with conducting research to further understand some SCPs, he is occasionally assigned to head retrieval task forces and initial containment teams.
Dr. Hallows is a rather eccentric member of the SCP Foundation, being described by fellow research staff and security personnel as "humorous", "genius", and "totally fucking insane". Dr. Hallows has been seen indulging himself in the culinary arts such as trying everything he possibly can from SCP-294 as well as spending hours doodling in his notebook, which he lets no one but O5 and mandatory psych-evaluation staff view.
Note: Whether or not Dr. Hallows's coffee addiction is to be classified as an anomaly is still under consideration by the O5 council. - Site Administrator, John Matthews
History: Initiated in 1971, Dr. Hallows was a POI to the Foundation as early as 1968, when the Foundation discovered an abandoned research lab in possession of SCP-XXXX. City records showed that the apartment complex SCP-XXXX was found in belonged to a James Edmund Hallows, who was currently attending college at the University of Cambridge at the time.
Hallows was apprehended shortly after and interviewed on his knowledge of anomalous entities (See Interview Log: Hallows-01). Once it became clear to the Foundation that Hallows possessed tremendous scientific skill, he was recruited as a junior researcher and given 02 access. Since then Dr. Hallows has been a loyal member of the Foundation and has climbed his way to 04 special clearance.
