Description:
A normal shard of volcanic glass with a possible demonic symbol on it. Found in REDACTED in one of the many caves within the local wilderness and found by a d-class who has since been executed. Held within site#REDACTED which has since been destroyed.
Special Containment Procedures:
If or when another ruiner stone is found it is to not be touched but secured within its current location by members of the facility and MTF staff. If the location of another is found the following actions must be taken in the following order
Step 1: Secure the location by any means necessary
Step 2: Establish a research building or vehicle within at least 100 meters of the object
Step 3: Make sure that no D-class come within contact of any means or have direct access to the zone of which the stone is located
Step 4: Once the zone has been secured it is required by the council that a therapist is on site to help deal with violent thoughts or actions taken by or against others or oneself in C-class, B-class, or A-class staff members on site

The stone is very hot once touched, and can not be moved from its current location due to the fact that it burns through most containers.
All attempts to touch the rock have ended in the member who has touched the rock to be at a higher chance of any deteriorating mental illnesses

Notes:
One of the only survivors to leave site#REDACTED during the incident of which claimed the lives of 12 NTF squads and almost the whole staff of site#REDACTED and still needs to be exterminated for knowledge that he/she possesses about the foundation.
Description:
SCP-4238-B is a small black group of spores that contain a nano-bug that controls the subject it is attached to, it was first seen upon the body of an MTF guard stationed at site#REDACTED considered to be the reason why the site ended up in a critical state.
The entity that was seen escaping on a host out of site#REDACTED Capabilities of the entity are still unknown and further research is required to have a better understanding of the ruiner stones capabilities within small towns, cities, or local wilderness, as the spores have been seen on many bears in the local region.
Once the spore has attached itself, it will only activate what can be considered a self-defense mechanism has experienced by the first squad of NTF sent into site#REDACTED and encountered what seemed to be an ordinary class-A but when the NTF member raised his weapon the body of the human was covered in what was briefly described as black needles. Upon the group member moving closer to the infected individual the needles began to form what looked like a radio wave pattern as it was being affected by the radio communications coming off of the operators uniform. The last transmission heard from the group after that was a loud hissing sound, a man screeching loudly for help, and once he was done the radio went into a loud static sound.
Special Containment Procedures:
All NTF, MTF, or chaos insurgent is told to capture SCP-4238-B by any means necessary and bring him into any nearby site to be used as a D-class on any keter level SCP within the site that they were taken to. If no keter SCP is inside the site then SCP-4238-B shall be executed by any guard.
