Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-xxxx is to be locked and secured in airtight room at all times unless cleaning occurs, only Class D personnel are only allowed to enter SCP-4460 cell, a minimum of 4 Class D persons are to enter SCP-xxxx at a time. Class D are required to wear sonar glasses and a gas mask when in SCP-4460 cell for cleaning, When exiting SCP-xxx Class D are to be terminated. SCP-xxxx is to be watched by no more than 6 facility guards at all times.

Description: SCP-xxxx appears to be a humanoid figure with a few strands of hair, no facial features except eyes which are completely white and a mouth with no visible teeth. SCP-xxxx is 155 cm in height. The subject has many dislocated bones and many burn marks spread around SCP-xxxx body. it is unknown how the anomaly in question got these marks. The subject was located and recovered in Saudi Arabia ██████'█ ████ Hospital. SCP-xxxx was found in a operating room. Everyone in the hospital was found dead. Security camera's revealed that one of the doctors made direct eye contact with SCP-xxxx, The doctor stood in the room with SCP-xxxx standing still for 4 hours and then walked to the air ventilation and put and dangerously amount CO2 into the facility, The doctor died shortly after this event. The cameras soon were cut. The 6 Containment Specialist sent to contain SCP-xxxx were a killed when one Containment Specialist made eye contact with the subject and continued to kill the rest of his squad. When SCP-xxxx was successfully contained researchers inferred that any living object to make direct eye contact with the subject would instantly turn ravage and kill anything that it can. SCP-xxxx itself can not harm or move, the only thing that the subject is capable of doing is mumbling which are untranslatable.
SCP-xxxx cell is to be cleaned every 5 months by at least 4 Class D personnel. SCP-xxxx can still turn anyone into savages when looked directly in the eye in video or a photo. In a event of a containment breach SCP-xxxx is to be secured out of the facility by MTF Tau-5 operatives and put in a truck escorted by 6 military Humvee's. If a SCP looks the entity in the eye nothing will happen but if a non-SCP looks the entity in the eye they will go on a murder rampage.
