Containment: 4982 is kept in a standard containment cell.Requests can be made.2 guards at the site that are assigned to guard her must have noise blocking headphones with them in case she wants to sing.
Appearance: Looks like an 8 year old white female with long black hair.Bangs cover where her eyes would be but she has none.She has a mouth,ears,and nose.Her hearing is really good as she uses it to help her get around.
Description: A humanoid creature that looks like a little girl.She sings 3 different songs and are named as what she calls “Sing-Song”,”Sleep”, and “Sleep Forever.” Sing-Song is a plain,gentle,quiet ballad. Sleep is a song that makes anyone who can hear feel drowsy and sleep after 10 minutes of exposure to the song.Sleep Forever makes them do what it sounds like.It make the victim sleep forever eventually dying of thirst or hunger.Sleep Forever is useless against Keter and Euclid class SCPs although can kill some Safe class SCPs. Sleep works on any living thing.

SCP-4982:Why did I get attacked?You were there.You told them not to hurt me and you felt that I was docile.
Dr. Anglin: Well our organization was made to contain those that could be a threat,or those who are different.
SCP-4982:I'm sorry for fighting back and what happened to my injuries?
Dr. Anglin: I have high authority at this site and made sure you were patched up.
SCP-4982:Thank you.You can ask questions now.
Dr. Anglin: Your welcome.Okay so first off.You attack with music?
SCP-4982:Yes.I know many songs.My 3 main ones are “Sing-Song”, “Sleep”, and “Sleep Forever.” The first one is a plain ballad,Sleep puts one to sleep,and the third is what I used to fight back.
Dr. Anglin: I see.Well,I would like to make a deal.You help us capture other threats to humankind for 5 years and we will let you free with the promise you won’t sing your Sleep Forever song.I can let you think about it.
SCP-4982: I’ll do it.
Dr. Anglin: Thank you.I have one more question.Where did you come from?
SCP-4982: I came fro- *Sirens blare*

Dr. Anglin: Shoot! Will you help us and lull 096 to sleep?

Dr. Anglin: Thank you so much! *Into Radio* Hello?
Captain: What do you need Dr. Anglin? 096 is approaching and we must be prepared.
Dr. Anglin: 4982 is willing to try to lull 096 into a sleep maybe even kill it if possible Captain.
Captain: Ok but how would you get it to hear it without 4982 being torn to shreds.
Dr. Anglin: The speakers! We are coming now! If we have her sing the song on the speakers everyone listening will fall asleep so she would have to sing her song “Sleep.” Come on 4982!

Incident 096<4982
SCP-096 escaped site 00 on 00/00/0000 at 00:00 am. It started running setting course for site 00. Dr. Anglin and SCP-4982 or how she identified herself as Lilac managed to lull it and everyone there to sleep.There was only one death.It was returned by the two teams MTF-Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed-Fox"), MTF-Sigma-23 ("Backup Required").The song "Sleep Forever" failed because it is a NTT(Non-Terminable Threat.)
