Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 5m × 5m × 5m cell with all furniture necessary for regular human routine. SCP-XXXX si to be given drawing equipment of subject has no testing. At no point is SCP-XXXX allowed to be outside her cell, for breaches can occur and at no point is her phone to be allowed to be given back to SCP-XXXX. All devices that can show livestreams/live news reports are to not be shown/to come in contact with SCP-XXXX.
2 Security guards are to guard the outside of SCP-XXXX's cell and 2 Security Guards are to keep an eye out of SCP-XXXX's activities.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an 11 year old female Filipino descent. SCP-XXXX is approximately 5'0" and 40kg. SCP-XXXX looks human and according to blood tests, is genetically human. SCP-XXXX responds to the name "Renee" or "Red" and claims to be "Renee Avila".
SCP-XXXX anomalous properties occur when subject is able to see a location lively/in real time. SCP-XXXX can somehow manifest/teleport to that location. SCP-XXXX can also bring other humans, animals and can also bring objects with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX can teleport to faraway and near places as long as SCP-XXXX can see the place lively/in real time. SCP-XXXX can teleport to faraway places as long as SCP-XXXX can see the location lively with a device, which includes livestreams and live news reports.
SCP-XXXX claims to be from a world where 50% of everyone, including animals, have superpowers that they call a "flair", SCP-XXXX says that emotions can increase or decrease the strength of their "flair". SCP-XXXX claims that in their classes the school just says their power comes from a "divine being". All SCP-XXXX claims to remember is being in class, when a the sky turned hellish and apocalyptic, then remembering a giant zombie-like reptile attacking the school. In great distress, SCP-XXXX' classmate, who has the "flair" to manifest portals, created a giant portal that made everyone fall into, then simply waking up here. SCP-XXXX says that she was searching for her classmates when SCP-XXXX was apprehended by the Foundation.
It is currently unknown if what SCP-XXXX claims is the truth or a fake backstory to hide something dark.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered on 2/23/20■■ when urban legends started to spread of a "ghost girl" that would appear in one place, then disappearing, then appearing somewhere else in [REDACTED] City, Philippines. It was caught in CCTV Footage and eye witness reports. This caught the attention of the Foundation of a possible reality-bender. MTF Eta-10 (See no Evil) were dispatched to contain this "ghost girl". SRAs (Scranton Reality Anchors) were dispatched around urban areas of the city to stop the "ghost girl" from disappesring. SCP-XXXX was apprehended by the Foundation on 2/25/20■■ and was sent to Site-■■ with the SRAs. SCP-XXXX was distressed and kept trying to teleport but the SRAs stopped SCP-XXXX from doing so.

Interviewer : Dr. CHAN
Interviewee : SCP-XXXX
[SCP-XXXX is brought to interview room]
Dr. Chan : SCP-XXXX? Can you anwer some questions for us please ?
SCP-XXXX : Why should I? Why am I even interviewed right now? All I just did was go around the city. Why should I even answer your questions? Huh? I dont even know what the hell is happening right now, how am I supposed to answer your questions?
Dr. Chan : If you answer our questions, maybe we can amswer your questions and explain what's happening right now? Deal?
SCP-XXXX : Fine
Dr. Chan : First Question, what is your name?
SCP-XXXX : My name is Renee, Renee Avila.
Dr. Chan : Second Question, what is your age?
SCP-XXXX : My age is 11 years old.
Dr. Chan : Where did you come from?
SCP-XXXX : I come from [REDACTED] School, [REDACTED] City, Philippines.
Dr. Chan : That school doesn't exist.
SCP-XXXX : I gurrantee you I'm telling the truth.
Dr. Chan : How did you reach here.
SCP-XXXX : I don't know, all I just remember is my classmate creating a portal, me falling, and waking up here. That's it.
Dr. Chan : Ok, what happens when you manifest somewhere else?
SCP-XXXX : It's my flair, to teleport to places I can see lively.
Dr. Chan : Ok wait, can you tell me what thd society was like before the portal?
SCP-XXXX : Society was like 50% of everyone had a superpower which we called a flair. Even animals have it. I was in a school where they teach us how to use flairs properly. Emotions can increase or descrease the power of flairs. But in the middle of class…..
[SCP-XXXX seems to be in tears/crying]
Dr. Chan : Are you alright?
SCP-XXXX : I just cant talk about it right now….
[At this point SCP-XXXX is crying and won't answer anymore questions]

[SCP-XXXX is escorted to cell]
SCP-XXXX wouldn't talk to any of the Foundation Personnel for the rest of the day.

SCP-XXXX : If you include the other class, around 60.
Dr. Chan : We will also check if any of our other SCPs are just like you.

The following is an email sent by Dr. Chan to all site managers.
Dear Site Managers,
Here in Site-■■, we currently contained an SCP with teleportation powers, that claims that she comes from a world where everyone has superpowers thats called a "flair". If you dicover/currently containing an SCP that is approximately 11 years old and claims they "simply woke up here". Please send that SCP to Site-■■.
