You've come far, congratulations may be in order. Though I can't say I didn't expect this. You always were special.

But to cut to the chase, the Zeta-12 protocol is shorthand for a special way of obstructing data. You may have seen it at some places, I urge you to try and remember where. It's a clever method, really.

You'll be advancing quite a bit. The Theta-110 puzzles should be a focal point. They contain the second briefing. If you haven't found the first briefing yet, I suggest applying the protocol onto the first page you saw when all of this started.
