The specimen is a 5,8foot male that weighs at 155 pounds. He has night goggles infused in his head, and covers his eyes, and we can’t take them off. He has multiple burn and scratch wounds. On first contact soldiers tried to contain him but he has killed multiple men, after some time they started attacking the subject, but bullets phased through him. Soldiers recall him chocking his victims while repeating names of people. After some time they contained him in a cage that was made of a material half phasing, and half solid. After containment he started screaming and shaking and banging at the wall, after we got the subject into the foundation cell block. He continued to scream and tried to phase out of the wall. After some time we heard ringing from his pocket we tried to get it but failed after hacking into said phone we had a voice message from a “friend” named [redacted]. After contacting said “friend” he said he was a friend of [redacted] and said he was an old army buddy. We figured out he was in the army that explains the goggles. [Data-expunged] sayed that [redacted] went missing after a mission at a failed operation in [redacted], Russia at a classified secret base. Where the Russians were conducting experiments on civilians, they were trying to see what the experiments were. After being caught he ran off and was never seen again. [redacted] said that they saw “ghosts”. The subject ran into the base after being caught he didn’t want to give up the info they found. After running into the base they left him and made a run for the evac. He said they saw the base blow up but not in a big explosion “more like lightning ran through the base and it just disappeared”. After that the the foundation tried to figure out more they tested him more, and figured out he’s classified as safe unless released from containment. They couldn’t figure out why he says names while choking victims, and why he phases. They looked deeper into it and figured out that the Russian experiment, was a secret soldier program too make soldiers who could phase through bullets. When during a test they put a D-class man into the cell too test it more, but the specimen didn’t attack and instead just looked at his every move. After looking back at the subjects history they figured out that that D-class man didn’t kill anyone except do a bank heist. They thought it had something to do with it and they came to the conclusion that he only attacks people who [redacted] people. After some time in confinement his wounds became bigger and skin, and chunks of flesh and muscle started falling off he looking like a ghost of his former body after a while. They thought it had something to do with the experiment. That’s all
