Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5247 is to be kept in a 9x9m containment cell and is to be lined with rubber and is to feed a live cow every day and is to have ways of comforting its self, if not SCP-5247 will slowly go into a panic attack this can take up to a week or a few days, to prevent this make sure it takes anti-stress medication or use SCP-999 or 420-J. when SCP-5247 becomes enraged it will break out of its cell and start to "play games" as SCP-5247 says, by play games he means to scare people and maybe kill them, to prevent it from doing that bring SCP 682 or SCP 076 into its containment, for containment breach protocols look below, if the precautions aren't taken then site-[[REDACTED]] will most likely have a site-wide breach like incident-5247-[[REDACTED]] (for incident-5247-[[REDACTED]] look below)

Containment Breach Protocol A61:
If SCP-5247 breaches containment and causes a site-wide containment breach MTF units HAMMER DOWN and NINE TAILD FOX are to respond with rubber amour and vehicles, as SCP-5247 can cause a storm that can kill and destroy MTF and vehicles, once hammer down has found SCP-5247 they then gain the attention of SCP-5247 they bring SCP-5247 to SCP-682, then SCP-5247 fights SCP-682 so SCP-5247 uses its enrage and all of its power to knock out SCP-682 then hammer down or nine-tailed fox proceeds to drug and re-contain SCP-5247, if SCP-682 is not available Hammer down and nine-tailed fox will proceed to try to withdraw it from it enraged whether that be from drugging it or incapacitated
Containment Breach Protocol B24:
If SCP-682 is not available Hammer down will incapacitate SCP-5247 then nine-tailed fox will approach SCP-5247 with SCP-999, then SCP-999 will proceed to calm SCP-5247 down and then SCP-5247 will be able to be re-contained
Containment Breach Protocol N27:
MTF unit will lure SCP-5247 into and opening (if outside) or cell then will proceed to shave the spikes of SCP-5247 (which counts of SCP-5247's amour) then will proceed to incapacitate SCP-5247 by trying to tank SCP-5247 hits then SCP-5247 will be able to be re-contained
Description:
SCP: 5247 is a human male of Canadian descent with spikes covering its elbows, forearms, hands, shoulder blades and legs, chest and there are two big spikes that look like bull horns expect for bulkier and bigger and the spikes also act as amour and also has wings that go out to around 5.8m 6.2 (cannot get a number sense SCP-5427 is sensitive about staff touching his wings and if anyone does he will cause a containment breach) is around 6'4, SCP-5247 spikes can turn a dark void black or a bright fur white depending on if its enraged or not (void black for enraged, bright white fur for calm) in both cases red electricity will bounce in between the spikes if enraged this can be sent outwards and kill anything that gets hit by it, and if SCP 5247 is enraged enough it will start a storm that can strike with red electricity and make a facility have a power outage. when calm SCP 5247 can be useful to contain other SCPS (note: this SCP works really well against SCP 682 only when enraged though)
SCP-5247 origins are currently unknown but where we found SCP-5247 which is Canada, [[REDACTED]] on [[REDACTED]] the same day SCP-682 breached containment when getting moved to site-[[REDACTED]] when a bad storm was happening at the time Note: the storm was presumed to be SCP-5247 enraged, then SCP-682 used the storm to breach containment but then SCP-682 encountered SCP-5247, SCP-5247 then proceeded to knock out SCP-682 in a few minutes, then MTF unit- [[REDACTED]] then found SCP-5247 eating SCP-682 MTF unit then re-contain SCP-682 and brought SCP-5247 to site-[[REDACTED]]
SCP Review Notes:
Due to SCP-5247's ability to get stressed and destroy everything in its path, SCP-5247 must be checked and sent to therapy every month, and if calm for 2 months in a row can train for MTF ALPHA-9 or aka LAST HOPE or may help with testing with other SCP's such as SCP 682, SCP 096, SCP 939, SCP, 173, SCP 106, SCP 076, SCP ●●|●●●●●|●●|● and more. basically any high aggressive SCP or hard-to-contain SCP. Note: not all the time SCP-5247 can defeat 682, only if 5247 is enraged
Behavior Notes: When SCP-5247 is asked about any incident such as Incident-5247-[[REDACTED]] SCP-5247 replies either "I don't want to talk about it" or just doesn't reply at all but one occasion when asked again he yelled stop asking me that, If you wanna know why I don't like being asked that its because I feel bad now stop talking" SCP-5247 then proceed to shave his spikes at an early stage, we assume its because SCP-5247 didn't want to breach containment, personnel keep on asking to up the dosage on SCP-5247 medication and maybe add some more medication, reasons are unknown for why personal want SCP-5247 to have a higher dosage. most personal consider SCP-5247 insane, those who do are reassigned, the reason why is SCP-5247 can possible go into an enraged state.
