Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### is currently located on site 76. it is to be kept under a black cloth of an opaque material and locked in a standard object containment unit with one (1) door, guarded by two (2) remote controlled security drones.
The lights in SCP-####'s room are to be turned off at all times excluding tests.
maintenance is to be performed once a week by blind or blindfolded D-class personnel, with the lights remaining off.
SCP-#### is not to be approached by any level 2 personnel or above.
Description: SCP-#### is a gold plated decorated standing mirror, measuring 72*35*188 CM (Width*Depth*Length) with both sides of it being reflective.
It is unknown when it was manufactured or by whom but the decorations suggest it was made in the early 1900's.
When a subject stands before SCP-#### and has a mission, endeavor or any other goal to be achieved- he will see himself in the aftermath of the worst imaginable scenario for the goal at hand.
After observing the reflection, if allowed to try and complete his goal, the subject will suffer the exact circumstance presented by the mirror (see addendum: Class D-personnel tests).
Further tests have shown that not allowing the subject to attempt at his goal at the time of observing SCP-#### negates the effect completely as long as the subject remains incapable of attempting at his goal.
the effect is theorized to be psychological at its source, as a subject who viewed the mirror, but was administered amnesiacs will have the effect negated even if they do try to complete their mission.
