Special Containment Procedures:The continuously exploding bottle must be kept in a 5x5x3 meter room. The walls of the room must be made of a half meter of titanium with a layer of lead. The walls of the room must be made of one [1] meter of solid titanium coated in a layer of diamond. The containment cell must be repaired on a monthly basis,under no circumstances may any personnel enter the cell without explosive resistant wear.

Description:The continuously exploding bottle is a wine bottle of Stella Rosa branding with no anomalous properties aside from the obvious and does not contain any fluids[to the dismay of may personnel]. The bottle continuously explodes at 0.3 second intervals, completely reforming in the same time resembling footage going in reverse,any change in it's behavior must be immediately reported to the O5 Council following Incident TCEB-1
