Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1616 is contained in an unventilate cell, a 10 x 10 10 m steal cube, at all times. Hourly checkups for any cracks or holes are mandatory. Non stopping muted live video surveillance is to be watched by Dr. ██████. In the event of the containment vacuum breach a highly toxic gas is to be released in SCP-1616 cell.

Any audio recordings of SCP-1616 is to be classified under Level-5 clearance level. Only Class-██████ personnel are exempt from this rule.

Description: SCP-1616 is a 4 legged creature measuring to be approximate 4.21 meters in its upright position. Subject appears to have very little muscular mass, subject shows extreme strength while in its good status. While in its casual status, the subject will lower its front portion of the body to simulate a body type much like an animals. The object prefers to have its head in an upside-down position at all times. The subject appears to have 5 functional fingers on each limb, however, the subject rarely uses its sapient abilities to pick up objects.

SCP-1616 does not applier to have any observatory, auditory or small organs, however, the subject has a wide mouth. In the time of consumption, SCP-1616 will open its mouth two times its opacity resulting in its mouth tearing, this does not seem to effect the subject suggesting that the subject does not feel pain.

SCP-1616 has 2 main states, its "well" state and its "sick" state. The subject goes in to a sick stage if no oxygen is supplied to its cell. Any tests requiring the subject in its well state must be authorized my Dr. ██████. While the subject is it its well state it shows abilities to stand on its 2 legs, using its front limbs as intended. The subject shows great amounts of intelligence when in its well state. Subject shows abilities to vocalize human-like noises when human life is present within 10 meters. While subject is in its sick state it loses all intelligent traits and becomes extremely hostile to any and all objects.

SCP-1616 vocalizations are classified as SCP-1616-2. Upon hearing SCP-1616-2 exposed organism will attempt to travel to SCP-1616 location. When reaching its location exposed host will attempt to brake SCP-1616 free. Exposed organisms show ability to function after losing important internal organs such as the heart o the brain. D-11237 and D-11937 were instructed to enter SCP-1616 primary containment cell. SCP-1616 was supplied with pure oxygen gas. SCP-1616 was placed in metallic limb restraints.

Dr. ██████: "Approach the SCP, keep an eleven meter distance."

Both Class-D personnel followed the instructions.

SCP-1616 started to violently slamming its torso on the metallic floor.

Both Class-D personnel started to show signs of anxiety.

Dr. ██████: "Take one more step closer"

Both Class-D personnel followed the instructions.

SCP-1616 stops attempting to brake free.

SCP-1616 starts to produce a low humming-like noise.

Class-D personnel D-11937 starts brake down to the floor screaming, D-11237 shows signs of panic attempting to flee the containment cell.

D-11937 flings up and starts running to SCP-1616.

SCP-1616 snaps the D-11937, snapping the subjects spinal cord, and consuming the subjects head.

Log: D-11937 is re-classified as SCP-1616-2.

SCP-1616-2 stands up. Regarding its spinal injury the subject seems to be in perfect shape.

SCP-1616 vocalizes again.
