Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: Due to the extreme external and internal temperatures across the Sun, active containment of SCP-XXXX is in development. On-going monitoring by the STEREO-A and SOHO spacecraft
Description: SCP-XXXX is a meteorological event affecting savannas across Africa, which is characterized by a period of moderate rainfall comprised of sulfuric acid. SCP-XXXX phenomenons occur in a pattern that repeats every 143 years, with pairs separated by eight year periods. Each corresponding pair is separated from another by 121.5 and 105.5 years. SCP-XXXX events last for approximately five to eight hours. The rain is stationary and appears regardless of surrounding weather conditions. After the aforementioned time has elapsed, all traces of SCP-XXXX disappear from Earth's atmosphere.
Addendum-1: Discovery: SCP-XXXX was first detected after reports of missing tribesmen and animals went local.
