Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a room 5 meters x 5 meters x 5 meters (16ft x 16ft x 16ft) at ███████ and the walls are to be made of made of Molybdenum. No personnel are to interact with SCP-XXXX. The top priority of SCP-XXXX's Containment is to assure a positive and constant emotional state within the entity, therefore, SCP-XXXX is allowed to customize it's room to it's preference. However, the room should be equipped with a standard child’s bed, a full bathroom, a standard television equipped with a total of 10 children's cartoons, and a laptop with access to children’s games that are monitored when in use. The room is to be kept at a temperature of -10°C at the minimum in order to maintain the integrity of the ice, but SCP-XXXX is allowed to lower this temperature if requested not exceeding -80°C. SCP-XXXX is allowed to customize the ice in his room how he wishes so long as they do not portray anything violent or threatening and if occurred he should be educated, informed, and disciplined on about why it is not allowed, if he continued to portray this behavior 1 hour of television time is to be deducted per incident. SCP-XXXX is to be given daily work on a selected topic that corresponds and progresses like that of a standard school. SCP-XXXX will not be allowed to use his laptop until the assigned work is complete, however, SCP-XXXX is allowed to do this work as the television is on so long as he is working efficiently. After SCP-XXXX has completed the work provided and has expended the allowed recreational time he is allowed to request friendly site personnel above Level-2 to interact with for no more than 2 hours while under supervision. SCP-XXXX is to be kept calm during this interaction, in the event, SCP-XXXX exhibits any extreme emotion (sadness, anger, fright, etc) and SCP-XXXX-1 forms any personnel are to be evacuated and the observation windows are to be closed until the event stops.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a █ year old albino male child with the ability to produce and controls ice out of air corresponding to emotional and mental state. The current hypothesis is that air is used around SCP-XXXX and formed into ice, however further testing neither confimed or denied this hypothesis. SCP-XXXX is approximately 98 cm tall (3 foot 2 inches) weighing about 16.7 kg (36.8 lbs) and born on ██/██/████ in ███ █████ ████████ with Caucasian ethnicity. The entitie's name is Vasko Jemec, its has hair that is overgrown to a large extent, its eyes are a light blue and the entity wears an adult’s medium, light blue robe of similar shade. The entity states the robes belonged to his father when questioned, proving the child was born, but the mother shows no anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX’s control over ice and temperature seems to not be completely in its control, rather depending on its emotional state and emotional intensity of said current emotion with no physical or mental strain. However, when calm SCP-XXXX has been observed making miniature ice figures of staff and characters seen during the time of his Containment, suggesting the ice is controlled mentally and emotionally and not just emotionally. SCP-XXXX shows extreme fear of heat or anything that produces heat, causing the hostile appearance of ice, see incident-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX’s ice is known as SCP-XXXX-1 from this point on.

SCP-XXXX-1 requires more thermal energy in order to melt, the ice melts at 7°C (44.6°F) but freezes at normal temperatures of 0°C (32°F). When SCP-XXXX is calm SCP-XXXX-1 is not present and SCP-XXXX has he partial control of his ability, but when he is emotionally stimulated in a negative way (Frightened, sad, angered, etc) SCP-XXX-1 begins to form with intent to harm and is to be considered dangerous, see Incident-XXXX-1 and Indcident-XXXX-2. The more intense the negative stimulation the more hostile SCP-XXXX-1 will become and the lower the temperature around SCP-XXXX will drop. The radius of SCP-XXXX's temperature lowers the closer the distance to SCP-XXXX and expanse the stronger the negative stimuli. When SCP-XXXX is emotionally stimulated in a positive manner (happy, excited, laughter) SCP-XXXX-1 does not appear unless formed manually by SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1’s temperature and SCP-XXXX's body temperature has been recorded reaching [REDACTED BY O5 REQUEST] during initial containment in corespondent, see Incident-XXXX-1 and Test-XXXX-1.

Test-XXXX-1: "Limits" The purpose of this test is to determine and accurately measure the boundaries and possible implementations of SCP-XXXX’s abilities. SCP-XXXX was asked if it was okay with this test. SCP-XXXX agreed and was asked to think of something sad. This failed to produce substantial temperatures, only dropping to [REDACTED BY O5 REQUEST] when asked what he was thinking of he responded with his father. After Ethics Committee approved for the child to be frightened by the use of heat and Class-D. Two Class-D were sent into SCP-XXXX’s room equipped with a firearm and thermal suits. They were instructed to fire the gun, not hitting SCP-XXXX. This proved to be a tremendous trigger, causing the boy to let out a “shockwave” of ice along the ground, SCP-XXXX-1 formed around SCP-XXXX to form a suit of ice several feet thick and raising the boy to 2 meters tall. At this point, the glass looking in from the observation room was covered. The test was instantly stopped and proper procedures were taken. When the room was visible again both of the Class-D were frozen solid, the water from inside of their body and the respiratory system froze as well, the cause of death was asphyxiation. Thermometers from the room recorded the temperature dropping to [REDACTED BY O5 REQUEST]. SCP-XXXX was debriefed and treated to ice cream and a visit from his favorite staff member to help him calm down.

Incident-XXXX-1: Initial Containment The SCP Foundation was alerted of a possible SCP when reports of a man frozen solid at a rest stop in ███████. He was found and lakes frozen solid in the middle of summer. The man was deceased due to asphyxiation because of ice in the respiratory system, Class-A amnestics were distributed to witnesses and local law enforcement after questioning. Questioning led foundation personnel and the UIU to a nearby town and apartment building. The apartment was searched by foundation personnel under the disguise of salespeople, on floor ██ apartment ██ one lady opened the door in full winter gear, when questioned about it she said they didn't have enough money to pay for heat but heat is paid for by the landlord. They then asked to come in under the disguise of FBI agents with the assistant of the UIU. Once entered they spotted the boy watching television while his seat was coated in ice. When trying to contain SCP-XXXX it was negatively stimulated, causing a rapid expansion of ice around the entire building, killing ██ and injuring ██. After, MTF Iota-13 (“Snowmen”) was tasked with containing SCP-XXXX in the building. This was achieved by reassuring SCP-XXXX and explaining to him what was happening.

Incident-XXXX-2: "Hot Coco" During one of SCP-XXXX’s visits one of the personnel brought in hot chocolate. SCP-XXXX asked if he could try it, upon contact SCP-XXXX immediately dropped it and bounced back into the corner, a wall of ice forming and the personnel being hit back. Proper procedures were taken.

Interview-XXXX-1:

Interviewed: SCP-XXXX “

Interviewer: Dr. Alberto Kamen

Foreword: This interview is to establish an understanding of what SCP-XXXX thinks of Site-17 and to determine his mental stability.

Begin Log

Dr. Kamen: "Alright, SCP-XXXX how are you today?"

SCP-XXXX: "Hi! My name is Vasko, you can call me Vasko. I'm doing good, I'm happy!"

Dr. Kamen: "Alright Vasko, my name is Dr. Kamen, but you can call me Albert. How do you feel about your new room and home so far? Any complaints or requests?"

SCP-XXXX: "Can I have some ice cream? My favorite is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!"

Dr. Kamen: "Sure, I can get it to you after your answer the questions

SCP-XXXX: Okay! SCP-XXXX nods excitedly. "I like it here so far, but I miss my mom and dad."

Dr. Kamen: "But didn't you say you thought of your dad when we asked you to think of something sad?"

SCP-XXXX: "Yeah…but he's still my dad." At this point SCP-XXXX's head would drop a little, some snow falling out and the temperature dropping to 0°C.

Dr. Kamen: "That's good that you care about him. And don't worry…you'll see him again someday."

SCP-XXXX: SCP-XXXX would shake his head, more snow falling out of his hair. "No…I accidentally froze him when he scared me."

Dr. Kamen: "I'm sorry buddy, but hey…you'll see your mom one day, yeah?"

SCP-XXXX: "Yeah! And I'll be able to control the ice! And I'll give her a hug!"

Dr. Kamen: "Good! So how do you feel about your school work?" Kamen would continue to note as he speaks

SCP-XXXX: "It's kinda hard…but I think I understand. The big books help a lot, can someone come in and help me if I get stuck?"

Dr. Kamen: You're a very smart kid, Vasko, most kids your age can't do what you're doing. I'm proud of you and I'm sure your parents would be too. And I'll see what I can do about getting you a helper."

SCP-XXXX: "Thank you! I think you're super smart too!"

Dr. Kamen: "Alright Vasko, I'm going to let you get back to your school work, I'll talk to you again soon, okay?"

SCP-XXXX: "Okay! Also, watch this!" SCP-XXXX would make a miniature ice sculpture of Dr. Kamen in his hand, giving it to him.

Dr. Kamen: "Thank you, Vasko. I'll have your ice cream sent to your room when it gets here." Dr. Kamen would take the miniature figure, exiting the room.

SCP-XXXX: "Okie! Thank you!"

Closing Statement: "SCP-XXXX is in a positive mental state despite being away from his mother and seems to be adapting well to the Site. I agree that Vasko would make a great [REDACTED] in the future if guided correctly with an undying loyalty to The Foundation. I suggest using [REDACTED] to help Vasko. However, if Vasko's temperature reaches near-absolute-zero he will start to exhibit the properties that correspond, for this reason, I believe further testing should be continued to allow the SCP Foundation to use Vasko's abilities. I suggest making him classified from this point forward." ~ Dr. Alberto Kamen
