Description:[SCP-17500 appears to be a human male with white skin tone, skinny, about 2 metres tall with greem eyes in the 18-20 age range. Clothing seems to be a militar uniform and he could easily look like 1 more human being, if it wasn't for the fact he looks like cartoon animated character]
