Elevator Pitch: The Third Insurrection is an international organisation whose goal is the complete destruction of the current power system and the establisment of a Utopia. Their first iteration was the Warsaw reformation. The goal was self explanatory, and was created by the remnants of the GRU divison P, KGB agents, military officials, and organisations that viewed the 90's post communist governments as western collaborators and servents of corrupt oligarchs. The second iteration , The International Revolutionary Organisation, was established as an alliance between WR and other organisations that have a bone to pick with NATO and western governments (The Yugoslav mystery division, The Lebanon Union of Anomalies, Jinns of Baghdad…). The third and current iteration was established after the 2008. economic crisis. Seeing an opportunity to expand their influenze in the west, their goal changed from the fall of the First world to the overthrow of the world establishment. As corrupt politicians and corporations become more powerful, people become more detached from their governments, and it seems that TI is ready to begin a new class conflict against the elites.TI calls human anomalies "Fourth world". They recruit them by giving protection against the GOC, Foundation and other GOI. On top of that they promise that the Fourth World will have the same rights as other humans once they take over the planet. GOC, MCD Ltd,Chao Ins. , Anderson robotics and The Factory view TI as a threat, while the Foundation has a more neutral stance.
Central Narrative: The first part of the tale will have the US Senator investigate a series of assassinations and bomings. This all culminates with learning about the existence of TI and in a couple of days he will find out the hard way that he is the next target. The assassination will be viewed from both the angle of the senator and assassins. And the qestion that the tale will ask:"What is a revolution and how far will a man go to make it happen?"
Hook/Attention-Grabber: They are a nice contrast to the already existing GOI. Most of them got their power through military might, science, research, political influnence, cash and even gods. TIs power comes from those who are powerless, they are the begar on the street, guerilla in the jungle, union leader in a factory and a human anomalie that is on the run. They hide in the shadow and wait for the right moment to strike.

Central Narrative: The tale begins with news reports of an economic crisis, massive protests across the world and terrorist assassinations/bomings. The news reports end with a debate between a pro business analyst and a union activist about the rise of unemployment and homelessness. Second part of the tale is the investigation conducted by a US senator who was an FBI and a CIA agent before entering politics. The investigation will look at the biographies (where they traveled, what cities they visited, family background etc.) of the captured or killed assassins, the emails they sent, and "interviews" in Guantanamo bay. Through out the investigation the senator is haunted by a mission he cunducted in a native American reserve during his years in the FBI. The hauntings increase as though someone has thrown a curse at him. He meets the ring leader of the terrorists Alexey, a former KGB and division P agent. Both of them are similar. They are chained to their respective empires, but unlike the senator, Alexey is glad that the world has gone beyond the USSR and the USA. Alexey commits suicide in order to ovoid torture, during his final moments his memories give hints to how TI was created and evolved. The senator return home finding an indian shaman singing on his front lawn. The landscape turn into the reserve and once again relives the operation. The area trasforms into mist, and from the mist the assassins appear. After the assassination, the assassins escape the GOC forces with the help of ghosts of indian warriors. The narative ends with news reports of violent uprisings, armed men parading the streets and a hacked Nature channel where a TI decleration of war is emitted.

Elevator Pitch: In my previous idea, i wanted to to write a large tale that would introduce a new GoI, but after the critique, i decided to introduce the GoI through scp articles and smaller tales. The Third Insurrection is an international alliance of occult organisations whose goal is the complete destruction of the current power system (overthrow of all corrupt governments and corporations ) and the establisment of a Utopia. The new SCP is called the Angry Frenchmen, a kettle drum, one of Giovanni's instruments of rebelion series, made by the mysterious Giovanni Alberty, a director of an occult worker co-operative based in Italy.
Central Narrative: The narrative is about the Chicago Bastille day incident. A massive protest erupted in Chicago. When the protests reached a critical mass, the beating of the drum was heard. Baseball bats, bars and other sticks turned into 18th century muskets, cars became canons, molotov cocktails ->grenades and the protesters started atacking all symbols of authority. After an hour, french can be heard in every corner, people chant "Death to the King".
The foundation dispatches an MTF team with earplugs in post French revolution Chicago, drum beats can be heard everywhere, indicating that there is more than one drum. One Third Insurrection agent was captured with a sheet music catalogue with compositions such as: Patriotic American, A moment in the Balkans, I was born in China, and i love it etc.
Most of the police force surrendered after witnessing the firepower of the "French". GOC operatives blocked the city by posing as the USA military, all communication lines have been cut as well. During the MTF infiltration more agents have been arested with leters from their command, the French began a manhunt for the MTF team, the drummers paused their composition and went into hiding. A large amount of amnestics was sprayed on the entire city and all 18th century weapons were confiscated, including the guillotine where local politicians had an appointment (which was canceled due to the MTF intervention).

ARM - The dark side of the Third Insurrection. Controlled by the mysterious and machiavellian Samuel Marcus. Not much is known about ARM, most of TI regards them as a scary fairy tail, but those who know about its existence have a saying:"Avoid hugs". From drug dealing to torture, ARM is there to do things that the rest of TI doesn't have the stomach for.
Leaf - To them, a perfect world is a world ruled by nature. Many of them were followers of a now dead nature godess, and have sworn vangace against the God slayer, a GOC operative, that has taken the lives of their precious lady and her innocent daughter.
Did someone call Bruce Wayne?-is a code name for a group of anomalous businesses that give funding and supplies to TI.
