Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4156 activity and sightings are to be reported to Dr.E█████ and a mobilisation of foundation agents disguised as the corresponding military to restrict access to SCP-4156. SCP-4156 is currently contained at Site-██ for the continued containment of SCP-4156 a weekly "sacrafice" of 4 D-Class are to be sent in, any instance that leaves SCP-4156 are to be terminated on site unless told so by now head of site-██ Dr.E█████. any personnel who have entered and left SCP-4156 are to be designated SCP-4156-# and are then to be taken and then secured in a auditory vacuum for a 24 hour quarantine if subject does not show signs of infection they are to be released, if they do show signs they are to be terminated unless told otherwise by Dr.E█████.

Description: SCP-4156 is a old 18th century crypt that will appear as that country's choice of buidling design during the 18th century. The external design of SCP-4156 does not exsist and is simply stone stairs leading 12 feet underground in wich said subject enters SCP-4156-A.

SCP-4156-A appears as a regular empty crypt in said country's 18th century style of crypt. SCP-1456-A will appear to be a straight stretch of the crypt for 1 mile apon entry of SCP-4156, once entered after reaching ½ a mile the crypt will proceed to change. (It is assumed they cross some sort of invisible barrier that leads into a pocket dimension of some sort) Once this occures instances of SCP-4156-a through to d will begin to appear and roam the crypt, by now any navigational and communication devices will no longer work if relying on our reality however localised radio communications still work. Subjects in SCP-4156-A will then have to explore SCP-4156-A to leave SCP-4156, if a subject comes into physical contact with SCP-4156-a, b, c and/or d or hear them, they will become SCP-4156-#.

Subject: T. Miles (18 year old adolescent male)
Event: On 05/16/19██ at 0800 hours in Catalsa CA, T. Miles encounted SCP-4156 and had been attacked by what is now known as SCP-4156-a. T. Miles description according to the towns police force of SCP-4156-a was a anemic humanoid male stand at 5 foot 9 with lipless mouthes covering his body, it's facial appearance being bold, no nose, eye's, lips or ears and instead looked like a skull covered in a thin layer of skin. Once the foundation had questioned and quarantined T. Miles and others who had contact with who will now be refered to as SCP-4156-1 the subject had began to feel weak and lethargic, over the span of 24 hours SCP-4156-1 procceded to go through an illness smilar to smallpox, a vaccine was given to SCP-4156-1 was injected but there was no change in SCP-4156-1's condition, after the subject began to turn pale and become skeletal in appearance, after another 24 hours, SCP-4156-1 became an instance of SCP-4156-a causing three foundation personnel to be killed before SCP-4156-1 was dispatched, before death however, SCP-4156-1 let out a sound described as a "screech". The personnel who were infected would also become instances of SCP-4156-a and on 05/22/19██ the town of Catalsa was over run by instances of SCP-4156-1. MTF Epsilon-9 was then sent in with auditory supression devices equipped and standard flame throwers to purge the town clean of all instances of SCP-4156-a and survivors excluding SCP-4156-1 who was to be sedated and captured for further research at site-██. A cover up story was then produced for the sudden destruction of Catalsa and it's residents before a observation site was built arround SCP-4156 as the first attempt of containment. On 08/28/1993 it was disscovered that SCP-4156 could "teleport" away from it's previous location.
