Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a 4x4 airtight room with a 5-meter inner wall and a 1-meter outer wall on every side, with a 2-meter space between them. Doing so will make SCP-XXXX effectively self-containing. When a breach occurs, MTF Delta-12 (Demolishers) are to be dispatched and contain SCP-XXXX at all cost.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomaly resembling a screaming humanoid creature, its body absent with the exception of its head and its 2 'arms' present when idle, seemingly manifesting inside concrete walls and can only phase through them. Any other material/walls less than 5 centimeters will prevent it from phasing. SCP-XXXX also has the ability to change shape and form.
Discovery:
SCP-XXXX was initially discovered by MTF Delta-12 (Demolishers) when an art museum in ███████ reported missing person cases, where SCP-XXXX disguised as part of the artwork. A squad was sent to investigate the situation. the anomaly was contained 2 hours later IM TRAPPED HELP ME PLEASE

Regular recording of SCP-XXXX's forms are to be noted down when tests using D-class personnel are approved, and are to be used to investigate reasons behind the instance of choice.
Instances of SCP-XXXX, recorded during tests using D-class personnel subjects:
Instance 1 (recorded 27/6/2017):
A German Shepherd (Canis lupus), its body absent with the exception of its head, jaws open. Upon contact with D-class personnel, it attempted to 'bite' the subject. Motion similar to that of SCP-939. Subject was unharmed and was later issued A-class amnesics.
Instance 2 (recorded 3/7/2017):
An Indian Cobra (Naja naja), body absent with the exception of its head, jaws open. Upon closer examination by D-class personnel, it displayed aggressive behavior and attempted to ward off subject. Subject was unharmed and was later issued A-class amnestics.
Instance 3 (recorded 2/9/2017):
A Sphynx Cat (Felis catus), body absent with the exception of its head, similar to above recorded instances. SCP-XXXX had one of its 'limbs' manifested and tried to claw subject. Subject was unharmed and was later issued A-class amnestics.
Further testing was denied by level-4 personnel onwards.
