Item # SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX has been implanted with a tracking device and is currently contained in a standard humanoid containment cell at Site-17. SCP-XXXX is to be given weekly therapy sessions in hopes of resolving its psychological issues. Any changes in behavior is to be noted and reported immediately.

Under no circumstances is SCP-XXXX allowed access to roulette balls of any kind with exception for supervised testing. If SCP-XXXX is found to be attempting to use or caught with a roulette ball, SCP-XXXX is to be restrained and have it confiscated from its possession. If necessary, certain privileges may be removed until good behavior is retained.

As of 12/18/12, testing has been indefinitely suspended.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 33-year old human male (formally known as Jeremy Waters) of Irish Descent. Continued interactions with researchers has led to believe that SCP-XXXX has gambling disorder1. SCP-XXXX has also been diagnosed with high impulsivity and ADHD, which expresses itself in attempts to convince personnel to allow access to its anomalous properties or, when presented the opportunity, unconsciously activate it. As such, SCP-XXXX is given mandatory therapy to help treat its addiction.

SCP-XXXX's anomalous traits lies within a roulette wheel protruding from its abdomen. X-rays scans have shown that intestines have been replaced by the wheel. Despite this, SCP-XXXX is able to digest and defecate normally. The wheel continuously spins in a clockwise motion. SCP-XXXX reports no pain from the wheel itself but claims to feel extreme discomfort whenever it is forcefully stopped from moving.

Whenever SCP-XXXX rolls a roulette ball2 on the ball track, the wheel will gradually slow down, stopping completely when the ball falls into a pocket, resulting in SCP-XXXX gaining an secondary anomalous property. The secondary properties are arbitrary and are not apparently connected to any internal or external factor associated with SCP-XXXX.

It is extremely rare for SCP-XXXX to roll for the same properties twice. However, the destructive power and/or viability of the properties expressed are attributed to what number of the pocket the ball has landed on (0-36), with smaller numbers generating very weak properties whiles higher numbers generating more viable properties. Although, in all tests conducted so far, only numbers 1-12 have been able to be rolled. SCP-XXXX will instantly know how to properly operate the functions of the properties generated and consciously activate it at will. Any properties rolled will last for approximately four (4) minutes. After which, SCP-XXXX will lose all secondary properties. The ball will then be ejected from the pocket by an unseen force, which allows the wheel to return to motion.

History: SCP-XXXX was discovered on 09/02/12 at the █████████ ████ Casino when it was arrested by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for trespassing. Reports of its anomalous properties reached personnel embedded in the department and SCP-XXXX was transferred to Foundation custody with all parties involved amnestized.

SCP-XXXX claimed that it gained its anomalous properties following a chance meeting with a unknown party. An interview was cleared by Dr. Forest to ascertain SCP-XXXX's origins.

Addendum: On 12/18/12, SCP-458 failed to produce pizza for 4 minutes at Site-17's canteen until anomalous properties were returned. At the same time, SCP-XXXX was in a test where the property it gained was the ability to generate its favorite type of pizza. It's theorized that SCP-XXXX borrows the properties from other anomalies rather than generating them from scratch. For fears that SCP-XXXX might gain the properties of dangerous or beneficial anomalies known by the Foundation, testing has been indefinitely suspended.

By this time, SCP-XXXX was developing health complications, which included: insomnia, fatigue, headaches and minor indigestion. Dr. Forest held an immediate interview to assess the condition of SCP-XXXX.
