Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX Is contained in an 8x8x8m box placed on a pedestal in the center. The cell is to be sealed completely excluding an airlock to enter the cell. The airlock must require hand, retinal, and vocal tests to unlock it. At least three (3) personnel shall be guarding the door at all times, and at least 1 MTF team ready to deploy at any given time. Nobody shall be allowed into the containment cell without permission from at least five (5) 05 council members.
