Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4703 is to be kept inside a 50 centimeters by 50 centimeters glass box. All personnel are to stay at least 5 meters away from the specimen at all cost. Foundation personnel must always keep an eye on the specimen and make sure that the specimen is turned off.
All personnel are ordered to never touch SCP-4703 as Incident [REDACTED] will reoccur. The glass box has to be cleaned every 6th day of the week by trained professionals. Specimen is to not be moved all at times, specimen must stay inside its glass box no matter what happens on site.
Description: SCP-4703 is an abandoned Nintendo Switch with a unknown cartridge inside the console. Personnel is ordered to never pull out the cartridge. This console is in a bad condition since it was found inside a mine shaft many years ago. Specimen will emit glowing light towards any subject who is within the range of specimen. This light seems to have telepathy as any subject who is exposed to it will automatically walk towards the specimen and pick it up.
Once the specimen is picked up, the subject is then ordered to turn on the console. By turning on the console, subject is greeted by SCP-4703-1. SCP-4703-1 is a humanoid figure resembling the famous character 'Mario'. Specimen will then drag the subject into the console, turning off the console and trapping the subject inside the console forever.
Addendum-1: On [REDACTED], 5 subjects were put inside a empty space with SCP-4703. The first subject was pulled in by SCP-4703-1. While the console was turning off, faint and distorted screams can be heard inside the console. The second subject turned on the console and was immediately greeted by a severed hand of the first subject. The second subject tried to turn the console off but failed. SCP-4703-1 is then seen engulfing the subject using fire from the game 'Super Mario Maker'. The other subjects were then escorted out shortly after while Mobile Task Forces were sent in to dispatch the specimen.
This lead to Incident [REDACTED] happening. Incident [REDACTED] happens when a foundation personnel is captured by SCP-4703.
Details: Characters from video games were seen crawling out of the console and terminating whatever they got their hands on. Many personnel were terminated on that day. When the specimens devoured most of the personnel, they returned back into the console as if nothing ever happened.1
