Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7739 is to be held in a large environment simulation cell at Site-███, with parameters set to simulate the area of ██████, ████ Carolina, including radio broadcasts that are able to be received in that area. Personnel coming into direct contact with SCP-7739 must emulate the appearance and mannerisms of civilians that are known personally by SCP-7739 at all times. Following Incident-7739-2, Foundation personnel are not allowed to come into contact with SCP-7739 under any circumstances without approval by at least two(2) O5 Council members. Foundation web crawlers are to monitor for instances of SCP-7739-1 and remove them, and then check logs to trace back any devices that viewed the instance of SCP-7739-1 and locate them. Those exposed to SCP-7739-1 are to be located by MTF-Lambda-44 "Clever Name Here" and detained, questioned, and administered Class-C Amnestics before being released. A copy of SCP-7739-1 is kept on an encrypted thumb drive at Secure Storage Site ███.
