Special Containment Procedures: Item is to be kept in a safe in Dr. Ion's office at Site-17 to prevent misuse. As experimenting on the item is currently suspended, access to it is forbidden. This excludes cases where written permissions are obtained from both Dr. Ion and at least one on-site gynecologist, or per requests from O5 Command.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a box of standard ██████████████ brand combined oral contraceptive pills. The box originally contained three blister packs, with each blister pack containing 28 pills, for a total of 84 pills; as of ██/██/201█ it contains 65. It was purchased by Dr. ██████ at a pharmacy close to her home in [ADDRESS REDACTED], on ██/██/200█. After ingesting the first pill, Dr. ██████ noticed that the scar left by a caesarean section four years prior suddenly disappeared, and when she visited her on-site gynecologist, it was revealed that the signs of both her second pregnancy (delivered via caesarean section) and her first pregnancy (delivered normally) were gone, which prompted an investigation as to what Dr. ██████ was doing leading up to this event. It wasn't until after the ingestion of the third pill that the contraceptive's role became apparent, when Dr. ██████ engaged in sexual intercourse with her husband.
The item's effect is a complete reversion of the user's reproductive system to the point when the person reached sexual maturity. This includes reversion of vaginal stretching due to giving birth, regrowth of the hymen, and an overall rejuvenation of the womb. All surgical intervention somehow involving the user's reproductive system disappears, such as scarring of both the womb and the abdomen1, sudden reappearance of removed organs, and healing of all current ailments of the organs, such as tumors and cysts. It does not, however, change the size of the organs to that of a pubescent child, and by all means the organs seem to function as expected of them in their mature stage.
Chemical analysis of the pills have revealed that they contain the amount of estrogen, progestogen, and other chemicals expected from this brand, and aside from the anomalous effects, they are nothing more than regular contraceptives. Several packs of the same brand have been purchased from the same pharmacy where Dr. ██████ obtained them, as well as from other pharmacies both in the vicinity and from other places in the country, but so far only SCP-XXXX's pills display anomalous properties. It is currently unknown what causes these properties. (See Addendum SCP-XXXX-1)

Subject: D-XXXX-01, female, 63 years old. Subject went through menopause several years before the test, and gave birth to three children in her thirties.
Effects: Reproductive system completely rejuvenated. Subject's menstrual cycle restarted, and as of ██/██/████, it still continues.Test: SCP-XXXX-02

Subject: D-XXXX-02, female, 34 years old. Subject underwent total hysterectomy two years before the test. Subject has not been pregnant.
Effects: Aside from the rejuvenation of the subject's vagina, the subject's uterus, cervix, ovaries and fallopian tubes spontaneously reappeared, with other organs filling out the abdominal cavity slightly moving out of the way and repositioning themselves how they would be found normally. Where the tissue comprising the organs came from is unknown. Although subject displayed symptoms of slight anaemia for two days after the test, no further discomfort was noted. Effects: Reproductive system completely rejuvenated. Subject became pregnant 3-4 weeks after the test and delivered without complications.
Notes: Only half of a pill was ingested by the subject, as the other half was previously used to determine the chemical composition of the pills. Apparently the effects fully manifest themselves even if the dose is less than one pill. —Dr. IonTest: SCP-XXXX-07a

Subject: D-XXXX-08, female, 19 years old. Subject has not been pregnant, but underwent unilateral oophorectomy at the age of 6.
Effects: Reproductive system completely rejuvenated, however, the removed ovary did not regenerate.

Subject: D-XXXX-09 through D-XXXX-20, all female, ages between 21 and 57 years old. All subjects were sexually active, and pregnant at least once.
Effects: Reproductive system completely rejuvenated.
Notes: The goal of these tests was to determine whether the pills from the so far unused blister packs also had anomalous effects. Three pills were randomly chosen and used from each blister pack, half of a pill being administered to each subject. It appears that the anomalous effects extend to all pills originally within the box. —Dr. IonDue to its limited availability, testing on SCP-XXXX's effects is to be indefinitely suspended until further command. —O5-██
As the tests and subsequent follow-up examinations have shown that use of the pills is safe, O5 Command has decided that in case of medical emergencies, one half of a pill is to be administered to personnel of critical value. (Should I go into details on what conditions can the pill be administered, or is the previous sentence, coupled with the containment procedures, enough?)
Addendum SCP-XXXX-1: During a second interview with Dr. ██████ to determine a possible cause or origin of the pills' anomalous effect, she has admitted to carrying the box of pills in one of the pockets of her lab coat during her work day after the purchase, before the first pill's ingestion later that afternoon. According to Site-17's security logs, she has visited SCP-███, SCP-███, SCP-███, SCP-████, and SCP-████'s containment chambers in relation to her duties that day. In order to see whether any of these items caused the development of the pills' anomalous properties, a regular box of pills was carried to each of these containment chambers. Unfortunately however, SCP-████ has been deemed neutralized between containment of the pills and the beginning of this test, and since no anomalous properties developed in the regular box, it is currently unknown whether SCP-████ was the cause of the anomalous properties, or if it had any effect on the pills combined with another item visited by Dr. ██████ that day. Dr. ██████ has been given a verbal warning for not mentioning a possibly important detail in her initial report.
Addendum SCP-XXXX-2: On ██/██/201█, Dr. Ion / Assistant Researcher Dr. (XYZ) suffered a serious, work-related accident at Site-17. Most of her lower abdominal region has suffered damage that was deemed conventionally unrepairable by attending medical staff. [In lieu of Dr. Ion, who was unconscious following the accident,) O5 Command was contacted, and permission was granted for half of a pill to be administered. The pill's effects repaired Dr. Ion's / Dr. (XYZ)'s reproductive organs enough that medical staff was able to stabilise her, and she eventually made full recovery. [Identity of the person in this section is still undecided, will decide based on feedback.]
