Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a .31x.31x.31 (1ftx1ftx1ft) plastic cube container, with a small door with a basic remote lock. No special procedures are necessary to the nature of the room SCP-XXXX is kept in. Object can be held safely with no direct danger, subjects must avoid to brush the golden bristles against anything unless instructed to do so. Subjects must stay 1.5m (5ft) away from SCP-XXXX-1 unless instructed otherwise.
Description: SCP-XXXX was first discovered on December 13th, 201█ at a historical museum in ████████ Germany. The toothbrush measures 13.5cm long wise, with a black swastika 7cm down the spine. The object also has bristles made out of 24k gold. SCP-XXXX-1 is a still red and black luminescent swirl, in the shape of an jagged opening that seems to be randomized every time SCP-XXXX-1 appears. The artifact was first brought to the foundations attention on December 13th, 201█ . At 0300, 3 teenage boys (ranging from 13-15) were captured on security cameras breaking into the museum. The boys then removed the toothbrush from its display, (it was later discovered that the boys were trying to steal the brush to sell it for its expensive gold). The eldest boy then pretend to brush his teeth and then fanished.
Additional Notes: The only know explanation of the origin of SCP-XXXX is from the item log from the museum it was recovered from. It reports that the object was recovered from the Fuhrerbunker after the Battle of Berlin, it was then donated to the museum.
Test A - 12-24-14
during the first test of SCP-XXXX's capabilities, the subject rubbed the golden bristles against the >walls of the containment room. nothing happened immediately but then 14 seconds after the initial >rub, a hovering black and red swirl emitting a 20-hertz hum appeared. its center was 1.52m (5ft) >above the ground (actualy height of the object was 1.21 or 4ft) and measured 1.98m (6ft) across. >The entity was in similar shape to tear through the middle of a sheet of paper(this entity was named >SCP-XXXX-1). The entity showed no intimidate threat to the subject. The subject then approached >the specimen and put their hand through it. The subject then vanished in a similar fashion to the >boy recorded on the security cameras. After 7 minutes of the entity hovering in the containment >room it instantly dissipated.
Test B - 1-5-15
The second test of SCP-XXXX had the subject rub the bristles against the wall of the room. two >minutes later the same entity appeared. The subject then went to touch SCP-XXXX-1 when the 20Hz >resonated to 20kHz. The swirl of the entity then began to rotate around the midpoint of the entity. >The entity reached a maximum rotation of 20k RPM in 4.62 seconds and then instantly dissipated. >What was left was a clearly disturbed and confused man with a white complexion and blonde hair. >The man was wearing a dark black uniform extremely similar to present Bundeswehr uniforms. The >only difference was a clear Waffen-SS logo along the sides of the collar, and a cover with >characteristics extremely similar to World War Two Waffen-SS Officer covers. The man proceed to >curse at the subject in german, while he brandished a pistol. (The pistol was identified as a slightly >modified Sig Sauer P320.) Security was quick to react as the man was apprehended with no difficulties.
