Special Containment Procedures: SCP - 5631 must be contained in its 3x3x3 meter cell at all times, when interacting with SCP-5631 it is extremely important to avoid looking at it directly. Video surveilance or reflections of the creature are safe as it will not cause it to act.

SCP-5631 is a euclid type creature but if it escapes can cause catastrophes in a matter of a few hours, it disguises itself as a shooting star and the glow it emits causes any who see it to feel desperate to the point of making a wish feeling like it will change their lives, the creature will then through unknown means realise that person's wish but at the same time will cause a consequence of equal value to happen somewhere in the world, or to the person itself.

Not much is known about this creature or how it came to be but it was discovered on accident on a scouting mission to a desert where due to being showered in light the creature couldn't move much and the agents found it weird to see a light moving in broad daylight, upon approaching it one of the agents became desperate and made a wish, it is assumed that his wish was to become immortal as he soon trasnformed into a deformed clunk of flesh with two eyes and a mouth that upon trying to be eliminated was discovered to instantly regenerate, upon further testing it was found out that the agent does still have his consciousness and can feel things, making it so that he is in a eternal prison in his own self.
