Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a standard Type-13 Object Containment Cell (13OCC). Personnel are advised to not come in to contact with SCP-XXXX however interaction is not prohibited.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a white retro style kettle measuring 29 cm in height and 23 cm in circumference. SCP-XXXX has a temperature gauge on its front side which ranges from 0°C - 80°C. At anytime of observation it can be noted that the temperature in no way correlates to the room's overall heat. As of yet, it is understood that the temperature is completely random and it can not be altered externally or internally. When SCP-XXXX's ON/OFF switch is pushed down, that who pushed it will immediately feel internal heat equal to the kettle's reading. The feeling can be compared to that of a bad fever if the temperature ranges from 38-40°C.
Addendum: Multiple D-Class Personnel who have interacted with SCP-XXXX at a reading of 42°C+ have experienced heavy convulsions and death if not treated with internal coolant immediately after interaction.
